I'm hoping for the possibility of adding slots to Tesla Coil which only Tesla Trooper can enter...
Putting Tesla Trooper to overcharge the coil most of the time not working, since once enemy is in range of the Tesla Coil, the Tesla Trooper will stop charging and actively attack the enemy since it's coming closer.
To compensate of the additional protection and consistency, you can make it so you need 4 Tesla Troopers instead of 3 for maximum buff.
Or a deploy function on Tesla Trooper where in deploy mode it will only charge the nearest Tesla Coil, it won't attack or move.
EDIT:
Also, is it possible to make it so that Soviet faction capable of installing Sentry Gun on their walls?

So basically, turn the Sentry Gun into a Component Tower from Tiberian Sun? That's an interesting idea.

Yup. But in this case it's just an additional function where you can put the Sentry Gun on the wall. You still should be able to put them on the ground.
Their design already seem pretty fitting if put on a wall. The selected wall section would be converted into a Sentry-Wall with its own defense structure health after putting the Sentry Gun on it.
Make a force fire command for Tesla Trooper at the Tesla Coil and he shouldn't engage the enemy.
Oooh I never tried this before. Got it!

Grumble's damage against Kirovs should be buffed IMHO. For a semi-stationary dedicated AA that costs 2000$, it does pitiful damage to them.

Solution: spam grumbles

Kirov in MO costs a freaking $2500, which is even harder to spam then Grumble

It's an interesting tech building. IMO it should be expanded on.HAHAHAHAHA, big no on the Tech Heavy Reinforcement Pad thing. One of a kind reinforcement pad is enough, and thats T1 tank drops.
This is MO, not Heroes of the storm where you only have to defend one objective, you're basically saying " whoever gets to these three oil derricks first wins.
That's.... interesting
I'm not at all suggesting that the game should be turned into a "get the tech building, instant win". There are already maps with gem pits that are just as problematic. Using Heroes of the Storm as an example was bad on my part, because the objectives are too important.
You could balance Heavy Pad by tweaking the timing of the drops, like 2 tanks every ten minutes or something, to prevent players from abusing early T3 tanks. There are other variations as well if Heavy Pad is too op.
The only thing resembling an "instant win" is my KOTH suggestion, which is perfectly reasonable for such a gamemode.

How about breaking down Grumble's missile into several missiles? For now it seems even if you have multiple Grumbles, they all still only kill 1 air unit (since all target nearest one). Unless you put them far apart from each other.
Make it so that it has 8 missiles (total damage still the same as original Grumble) and launch each missile with 0.3~0.5s interval. And reduce their cooldown time too.
Pro: still able to damage other targets and other Grumbles wont waste their missile only on 1 target that otherwise would be killed by 1 missile of original Grumble.
choosing a spot for the Grumbles wont be as difficult
Con: DPS will be reduced quite alot per Grumble.

You do realise that the range and speed of the Grumble's missiles is pretty insane right?
Especially if you consider that it can even stop the airstrikes called in by Morales (and the cooldown of the Grumble ain't anything near too long, just saying)
And they are already can already turn an area into a no fly zone unless the credits you spent on aircraft is at least several times more than a single grumble. Even then, have fun trying to recover your losses after that.
Don't mind me, I'm just pretty broke nowadays...

You can destroy several Grumbles by sacrificing 1 cheap aircraft, followed by some attack aircrafts.
1 Cheap aircraft will be the target of all Grumbles nearby, and as I experienced, the missiles will be already launched before the first missile kills the target, thus rendering all Grumbles on cooldown time, which more than enough for attack aircrafts like Wolfhounds to take out 2 or 3 Grumbles (even more if using jets, and you will only lose 1 Jet if any of the Grumbles survive since they all will target the nearest only).
Sure they have pretty high damage burst, but only against 1 aircraft. Unless you have the time to do some micromanagement to properly put them apart each other's radius so they wont locked on same target, then it's pretty easy to take them out with minimal sacrifices.
They are strong against things like Kirovs, Harbinger, Quetzal, Basilisk and reinforcement drop planes. They are weak against fast jets and you can pretty much toying with them with Black Widow for enough time for jets to destroy the Grumbles (since the missiles will be launched, but BW will quickly goes into stealth which detonate the airborne missiles). You can even harass (and kill) them with Rocketeers with ease.

Sure buddy, build 8 Black eagles versus 3 grumbles, I'll let you decide the victor unless you put them all in 8 different groups.

Well unless I have a different version somehow... I did try that scenario and it works, for me at least..?
Also you forgot 1 or 2 Rocketeers at the front taking all the Missiles with 8 BE probably split into 2 groups of 4 and you can kill 2 Grumbles.
And 1 more Rocketeer to cover the BE when they head back, in case there're any Grumbles left.
Oh btw I'm talking about against AI. Against players, they can select which one the Grumbles targeting.

No it's not, the long range of the Grumble means that it will be baited by Rocketeers / Gyros way before the Flak Troopers could engage them. And a single Kirov eating 7 missiles is ridiculous. The Grumble is stolen tech. It is meant to be powerful, but it is arguably the most situational and least effective of all the stolen techs.
So here's my proposal. Since the Grumble has 4 launch tubes, it would be only logical to give it 4 missiles (4 ammo) that it could fire in relatively quick succession. It is very important to give the Grumble the DistributedFire=yes tag, so it won't just fire all 4 at a single jet or something. Optionally, buff its damage against big air targets like the Kirov and Coronia's contraptions.
The Grumble should also never target Rocketeers and Gyrocopters unless it is ordered to do so. It can be done by messing with the warhead's effectiveness, and by using a dummy animation or something so the missile will still deal good damage to flying infantry.
