Oh, I see it. If there are no working solutions for black screen for OBS, please try Bandicam instead. I still occur high CPU usage when I test my recording on OBS, probably I can fix it for my problem.

Try screen capture, usually game capture didn't select the game window from the client unless it's windowed mode (with borders?).

I've been able to get OBS Studio working with MO 3.3.1 using window capture on both client handler and engine windows (game having higher priority over client)
The client handler seems to allow game capture but its not reliable and window capture has the best results when running it at fullscreen (and recommended at the same res as engine)
For the game itself, I got it running borderless windowed with both window and game capture and I still get full frames. The ONLY problem with this is that when the ENGINE is running, BOTH capture options will still grab from any window of focus, ignoring the window/executable you are pointing it at. (again game capture can still be a bit finicky with video card drivers, a full system restart to dump driver memory typically fixes this)
This is more a post telling it is possible to get full framerate for recrding/streaming with OBS (v 18.0.1 64-bit as of this post)
Any of the issues I mentioned here are more problems with OBS capture hook methods then the game itself
