Well this REALLY sparks my curiosity.

Conrad Steele

Cost: 2000                                                 Prerequisite: Allied Barracks + Tech Center

Speed: 7                                                    Purpouse: Anti-Infantry, Anti-armor, Anti-Structure

Hitpoints: 150                                             Equipment: HK5 UMP Submachine gun, portable KEP rifle, C4 charges

Armor class: flak                                        Range: 7,5, Close (C4)

This hero is available for all allied subfractions

Conrad was just like any british boy raised in the time of glory after the allied victory over soviets in the second great war, he always wanted to become a soldier fighting for the free aliied world. This patriotic vision however instantly wanished from his mind as soon as he got his first assignment in the occupied Russia, he quickly realized that the the war is not al sunshine and rainbows as he was constantly fighting russian freedom fighters that opposed the puppet goverment set up by the allies. He continued being a soldier even after the occupation has ended, becouse he still believed that aliied forces are the best protectors this world can have.

He was a part of Euro Alliance's infantry battalions that were send to the USA as a sing of friendship, cooperetion, and trust. When the soviets attacked Washington DC he was a just a GI, he barely made it out alive, sice his duty was to propect the landing areas for possible amphibious assaults. He then took a part in a counter-attack to reclaim the Air force academy in Colorado Springs, he was a part of agent Tanya's squad exstreamly impressed by her skills Conrad decided that he will fight for the Aliied forces the the bitter end. He continued to fight is the US until he was asked to be a part of Tanya's squad again this time to perform a steath mission on Sakhalin Island in order to locate the MIDAS and destroy theurani€m mines.

During this mission Tanya saved his life by shooting an attack dog mid-air as he was jumping to Conrad's throat. This made Conrad full of gratitude as he decided that just like Tanya he will become a hero to his allies and a symbol of hope for civilians, he said to himself that one day he will repay his debt to Tanya. When he got back to HQ he was promoted to the rank of a Navy SEAL, he instantly volunteered for a suicide mission in Gelendzhik to destroy the Topol-M platforms "I will finish what she has started" he thought.

While the mission was successful he was the only SEAL that survived it, that combined with a fact that he was technicly a "fresh" SEAL made him quite popular among soldiers, he quickly realized that his skill in commanding soldiers was indeed very, very good. Sometimes outclassing even the commander to whom he was assinged to. His great organization of a squad ment that  the units near him would always be quicker to  react and thus faster. The Stein's tech research labs whould give him the world's first Kinetic Energy Pulse rifle, that has the same qualities as Mirage's tank KEP cannon, however due to the portable nature of the weapon compromises were made, and the rifle's charge is very time-consuming having a ROT of one shot per 8sec. making it not really that great when fighting even mediocre number of viecles, it is however ideal for destroyiing terror drones or lonely tanks. He also has the same equipement as a standard Navy SEAL, but he mastered using these weapons meaning that he is just as deadly as heroic SEAL. His C4 charges have also been upgraded and now are the same as Tanya's.

Additional Information:

- You can deploy him to change the weapons from submachinegun/C4 to KEP rifle the process takes 5sec. as Conrad dismanteles/assembles the KEP rifle

- He grants all allied units around him a passive +15% speed bonus

- Amphibious

- Build Limit 1

- Immune to abduction

- Immune to mind control

- Immune to confusion

- Cannot be crushed by normal vehicles

- Can detect cloaked and submerged units (sensor range: 9)

Apparently you've been led to believe that the goal of this game is to keep your fellow commanders in game for as long as possible. It's a common misunderstanding, and one I probably should've corrected several minutes ago.

I'm back! With a twisted unit of Epsilon!

Epsilon Trickster - PsiCorps

Cost: $1700 Prerequisite: Epsilon War Factory + Pandora Hub w/Psychplug
Speed: 7 Purpose: Distraction, Chaos,
Hitpoints: 410 Weapon: , Incinerating ammo, ARO projectiles
Armor Class: Medium Range: 6 (AP), 7 (AT)

Epsilon is undoubtedly excellent in secret, sabotage operations and hiding their bases, but Yuri’s army has a serious weakness - it’s not so powerful after the unmasking. That’s why some proselytes came up with a completely different from others idea. To show enemy more than exists in the reality. To have a unit which can make diversions and buy some time for besieged facilities. This is the story of the Trickster.

This vehicle besides from being equipped with AP incinerating ammo and ARO projectiles can create up to four mirror images of itself nearby. Although unarmed, they serve as distractions and they delay enemy advance thanks to releasing psychic energy in them. Overwhelming blast cause infantry hallucinations which render them unusable for a short while.

EDIT: As they are commonly sent on suicide missions, only to distract enemy and give Proselyte some precious time, crews are one of the most loyal to Yuri men. They are specially indoctrinated and filled with various chemical substances to never turn against their master.

Build limit: unlimited.
Immune to mind control.
Immune to confusion.
Driver cannot be killed.
Cannot be hijacked.
Deploy (unit is NOT immobilised) to create mirror images (which explode if more than 3 tiles away or destroyed or deployed).
Mirror Image: Hitpoints: 70, Armor Class: none, Speed: 8
Infantry caught in explosion radius cannot fire due to hallucinations.

When selected:
*ecstatic* “Proselyte…”
“Yes, we are.”
“My name is Legion;
for we are many.”
“Tricksters of master Yuri.”
“Pain is our payment.”

Quotes:

When moving:
“For master Yuri.”
“We will be there.”
“There will be our altar.”
“The end is only a beginning…”

When attacking:
“By master’s order…”
“Burn these insects.”
“Begone, worms!”
“Until the last drop of blood;
we will fight!”
*unsettling laugher*

When deploying:
“Come, my children!”
“Rise, servants of Yuri!”
“Gather, the horde!”

When in critical condition:
“It has begun!”
“Finally!”

Oh, and if someone would want to use my stuff (although I doubt it :v) - feel free to do it but pass me a link.

The unit concept is actually interesting. A vehicle (or even infantry) that could create short-lived duplications of itself to serve as distractions is an idea that should be implemented in some way. However, as they are supposed to be merely illusions, they should be invulnerable to enemy fire, but get destroyed immediately if the real unit that created them is disabled or destroyed. This could be done by giving the illusions a special kind of animation that deals massive damage to them, and the real unit a dummy animation that heals the illusions enough to cancel out their degradation.

For a multitargetting vehicle with such perk and HP, I'd increase the price up to $1600 or $1800, or maybe $2000

Guy's also faster than Mantis Tank, and matches Marauder

Sorry for the really late reply, IRL stuff and other games got in the way :). The new spin on the SEAL is what I see. The character has the deep feeling of connection in the Allied lore as well as having good ties with Tanya. The miniaturized KEP rifle does look good on this guy, making him more useful instead of being a sole anti-infantry hero. The quotes hit the mark on what this guy represents (though the grammar does get me at first correct as of previous update to your post). In all: grizzled, hardened, experienced. Nuff said.

Agreed. Sorry if this is a lazy reply but a long day has came down me today. Can't wait for the quotes though. I would also like to add that in light of the new additional characters made, Iv'e decided to up the ante on the character cap. Now everyone here, posters and new, can have up to two characters for each faction. Now you can have a total of 8 characters, with the only limiting factor being only two from each faction. Hope to see more ideas from you guys.

First of all I've edited some mistakes and balanced costs and speed.

Yet, although Divine's idea makes sense, I should clarify why I still prefer my idea (no bias :p) - images are not illusions per se (optical), but rather copies created with psychic energy. Thus they're highly instable but still physical. Also, making them only source-dependent would scrap the idea of hallucinations and I think it would fit Epsilon (bias here :p).

And, eh, work on quotes still in progress...

Had this in store for a couple of days and finally got to post it.

Treant Spector
Cost: $2150                                      Prerequisite: Foehn War Factory + CK/CP/NL Expansion
Speed: 5                                           Purpose: Infantry Support, Anti-Armor, Siege
Hitpoints: 500                                   Weapon: KEP Railgun
Armor Class: Medium                       Range: 9

This unit requires infiltration of an enemy Allied Tech Center and Epsilon Pandora Hub to be built.

Being the sister project to the Phantasm MLRS, the Treant Spector was shelved due to overlapping roles on both vehicles.
It was not until the availability of stolen Epsilon cloaking tech, a spare Phantasm chassis, and a random engineer who just
read Macbeth, that the Treant Spector project was once again looked upon and revived. Instead of being a sole ambush unit,
the Treant's hybrid cloaker allows itself to become a tree when stationary, and cloak as well when on the move. The cloaker
is also capable of doing the same to any allied infantry within it's area of influence, turning them into varying trees and
shrubs, though shrubs seem to be the more preferable height to infantry. Should allied infantry move along or past the Treant,
they themselves will become cloaked. The KEP Railgun's munitions can switch between being an anti-armor solid rod or an
anti-structural penetrator with a small plasma bomb, thus allowing it to engage enemy armor and defenses. Be wary, as usage
of the railgun will divert some power from the cloaker, thus revealing the Treant, but not those around it. Same applies to
any allied infantry alongside the Treant, though it's their weapons being fired that it disrupts their guise, revealing them
momentarially. To combat this, the Treant, as well as any allied infantry under it's guise, will be put on a hold fire order
till the commander gives the word to fire. The Treant also benifits from a rotating turret, curtisy of being the sister project
of the Phantasm.

Additonal Information:
- Invisible to radar.
- Can crush infantry.
- Can fire on the move.
- Automatically repairs itself.
- Driver cannot be killed.
- Disguises as a tree when not moving, and cloaks itself when moving. Applies the same effect to any allied infantry close to it.
- Itself and cloaked infantry with it are always on "hold fire" until ordered to fire. Firing weapons will break the guise/cloak.
- Any allied infantry under the Treant's guise will be slowed to match the speed of the Treant.

Quotes
When Selected:
- "Treant Spector."
- "Where are my knights?"
- "A prohecy cometh true."
- "The madness shall end."
- "Behind every tree...."

When ordered to move:
- "As Brinam comes unto Dunsinane."
- "Under my guise."
- "The moving forest."
- "Switching to cloak."
- "A fog over the mirage."
- "Replanting there."
- "Men, it's time to move."

When ordered to attack:
- "Have at thee!"
- "Charge!"
- "Tyranny shall end!"
- "The fate of Macbeth falls upon you!"
- "Taste my steel!"
- "The forest awakens!"
- "Suddenly...shrubs."

When in critical condition:
- "The core is still active."
- "This tree is sturdier than it looks."
- "Many men saved should I die."
- "So what if I die!"

"I had normal life, till the day our thoughts got clouded in a dark shroud. My home was destroyed, then they found me, or rather, I found them.

Oooh, Mirage v2 *highfive*. I like Macbeth references (especially because I've started Macbeth analysis on my literature lessons :p)

After a while of muddling the thought, I decided to lift on the character limit permanently. After seeing a good amount of characters on all four sides (and devs), it seems that the limit was no longer needed.

This commando works for United States of America

When the Soviets invaded the US and managed to gain a foothold, many American forces
were dispatched all over to try and contain the Soviet forces spreading over the coastlines.
When it came to the urban settings, the Riot Troopers were a godsend for allied commanders,
but a very limited one at best. A small group of commanders with the help of several veteran
riot troopers began a think tank for improvement to the ever needed riot trooper doctrine.
Though the current training and loadout for the troopers was sufficient enough as they are
now, the group found that should the enemy field even larger human attack waves than
normal, the current employment of riot trooper would be overwhelmed just by sheer numbers
alone, something that the riot trooper program was supposed to counter. Thus the group
worked on a newer loadout for a new brand of troopers to wield. Sadly it didn't go as planned,
the high command found the current program to be just fine on it's own, but did designated
that the group select candidates for their modified program: One where a select few will
lead the troopers with a much heavier shield and an automatic shotgun, and another where
a much more lighter armament is required, but can deal with infantry and structures in
the many urban areas of America that the commies would hide in.

The project  gave birth to several new technologies: the XA-12 Auto-Shotgun, meant to
counter large swaths of enemy troops, the Richwald 12 Gauge Shotgun, a pump, slam fire action
shotgun using Dragon's Breath shells, the MkII Flash Grenade, essentially a much more
powerful version of the original, and the Blooper Grenade Launcher, which was specifically
designed to fire the MKII grenades. The shield also got an upgrade: By incorporating
the methods of making metallic foam and their advanced knowledge of metal composites, the
"Clandestine Riot Shield" was created. Being way more durable and somewhat lighter that the original
riot shield, the Clandestine was designed to both protect the user and those behind him thanks to
expanding side panels that are just as durable as the shield itself, though the expanded mode must
make the user walk slower to have more control over it. The same technology was also implemented
into the heavy flak jackets, though in a much more limited way.

As for the people who would fill the ranks of this project, the group picked out candidates who
were either from the riot trooper corps or those who have first hand experience in fighting in
the urban setting. The first batch of candidates would be retrofitted with the heavy flak jackets,
the Clandestine shield, and the MkII Grenades, while the second batch would have the heavy flak
jackets and grenades, but no shield. Instead they were given the Richwald shotgun and C4 explosives,
Being more of multirole combatant where multiple building that pose too great of a threat to be
left standing would be brought down. As a specfic instruction from high command, both groups
must be able to interchange from heavy to light should the need arise, thus they were trained
to use the loadouts from both groups. As per the person in general, Lyot Bernandez is one of the
few who have already mastered both fields of the program, and can be called upon with the "Heavy
Urban Tactics" loadout or the "Light Urban Demolitions and Tactics" loadout.

Additonal Information:
- Build limit: 1 (If either loadout is built, the other loadout will be unavailable till Lyot is sent out of action)
- Immune to mind control
- Immune to confusion rays
- Immune to abduction
- Immune to Dogs and Spooks
- Automatically heals himself
- Vulnerable to magnectic weapons
- Takes 1 slots in a transport
- Cannot fire from inside a transport
- Cannot be crushed by normal vehicles
- Can detect cloaked units (sensor range: 9)
- Can't swim in either loadout (couldn't swim to save his life)
- Both the XA-12 and Richwald shotgun deal more damage the closer the target is, as well has having splash damage
- Fires both shotgun and grenade in order at a single target
Heavy Loadout Info
- The heavy loadout can swap between using the shotgun or the shield (can't use both at the same time and can swap via "deploy" command)
- With the XA-12 equipped, Lyot will lob his grenades with the advantage of a minimum range of 1.5 due to his shaded visor on his helmet and better body protection
- The XA-12 holds about 32 shells, and fires in 4 round bursts. Lyot will reload the entire clip after about 1.5 seconds of not firing, taking 2.5 seconds to reload
- The grenades reduces enemy firepower by 15%
- The grenades can clear out enemy garrisons by killing them, with the chance to kill up to 3 people per grenade (random chance).
- The heavy loadout's shield can deploy, causing a 30% reduction in speed, while providing a 35% defence boost to himself and infanty behind him in a 180* cone 4 units behind him and 3 units beside him
- The deployed shield will also come in hand with the Blooper Grenade Launcher, allowing the user to fire the grenades in a forward arc similar to how the Bulldog fires it's grenades
Light Loadout info
- The light loadout features no shield or grenade launcher, but has C4 to do quick demolitions of buildings, bridges, and vehicles
- When C4 is used on a vehicle, it has a 50-50 chance of either dealing heavy damage (affected by armor type and total health) or dealing moderate damage and disabling the vehicle from moving (but still capable or firing it's weapons) until it is repaired
- C4 damage comparison: Light armor (Can take out with one charge), Medium armor (Needs about two charges, 3 with a disabling blast), Heavy (Takes about 3 charges, 4 on a disabling blast)
- Disabling blast can only occur once on a vehicle if not repaired
- The grenades will be used on buildings if they are garrisoned by enemy troops, otherwise the C4 will be used
- Has a minimum range of 1.5 on his grenades due to shaded visors (don't stare at the sun with them though) better bodily protection
- The Richwald shotgun utilizes the "slam fire" reloading and firing mechanism, resulting in a faster firing rate than the standard riotgun (slower than the XA-12 though)
- The Richwald holds up to 8 shells, and Lyot will reload one shell every .5 second after about 1.5 seconds without firing (by being idle or running out of shells, can reload on the move)
- The Dragon's Breath shells deals heavy damage to groups of infantry, with a chance to ignite infantry, causing fire damage to nearby enemy infantry in the process (similar to Virus toxins, though with a smaller spread range)
