I know this was tried before, but now that pd has cracked the vault that is the game exe, it is now possible to begin again! Here shall be the report of the Brotherhood's efforts to unleash the turn-based GBA game into semi-3D real-time!
Check back later when I get the rest of the info up here. Until that's done, you can still go here where it all started.

Got another unit started. Eva-251 and I will be making the units, and BP will hopefully beta test when enough progress is made for a beta. if anyone is able/willing to help out in the SHP department to make infantry and buildings, please contact me or eva. :)

I am ready and able to code units for the mod.
But I have a question about the APC, will it hold just 1 Infantry or 5. In the AW, each Infantry "unit" has 5 soldiers.
Also, Yurisarmy, I am ready to receive the rulesmd.ini for a Ship Armor Conversion.

It'll hold 5 passengers. It'd be a waste for it to hold one .

With my new site, I've posted an update on unit progress! I've finally decided to abandon full-remapping and go with the standard remap pattern. The redone units(some thanks to the new voxel editor with new normalizer) are:

The Orange Star Recon

OS APC(I am considering resizing this down 5-10%)

OS Rocket

OS Artillery

And the currently unpictured OS Fighter.

I know, I liked it too. It just became too hard to make look good, but now I think these will be better.

Personally mate i prefered the full remaps, fits in with the style of the mod better ;) The units weren't meant to be super-detailed anyway.

The new ones look too RA2ish if you know what i mean?

To an extent I agree with Karskin. These are much better detailed, but they don't quite look as AW-ish as the fully-remapped.

Still look good tho, and it's good to see Yurisarmy back on these :p

Well, unless there's an easier way to get good-looking full remap on 'em this will have to do. I liked full remap as well.
