Or maybe the other way around. That'd look a lot better.

Though the unfortunate side of that tale is not being permitted to join any West African Military under any Wolof regiment. I'm good friends with a Gambia ground platoon captain that said he didn't hire anyone over 6'1 in his regiment because they believe anyone that is and over that limit is inferior because they take up more rations, cannot be used for stealth assignments, lack the ability to receive central disciplines in Laamb, Dambe and CQC, hold higher risks of receiving fatal wounds and break chains in fluid combat formations, among other things he didn't tell that I can only speculate on. The man is over seventy years old, so I believe every word he says.

Me myself...

5''11"
200lbs.
bench 180lbs (used to bench 250 but I'm getting old.)
39 years old
I eat controlled portions of food and not like typical American face stuffing.
I fast walk 4 miles 3 times a week,
and my hairline is going into exile...

Lack any details there, General Brag'ington?

You automatically trust the word of anyone over 70? You should meet my grandad, he'd blow your mind. Did you know he invented shoes? He was also the inspiration behind Mozart's The Magic Flute and once wrestled a grizzly bear into submission. Or so he told me.

I don't think Matias was ever planning on joining on military anythings. He's really not that kind of guy.

No, in fact, I am pretty happy with the fact that if the Netherlands were to reinstate the draft, I'd get discharged due to my height. :p

Average height here is 6'1", though. Gentlemen of 6'5", 6'6" are pretty commonplace, and I see at least 1 different guy of my own height on a daily basis. :p I have heard of Americans feeling a little dwarfed walking around here.

6'4" currently. Judging by my dad's growth patterns, I'll probably hit 6'9" by the end of college. I weigh 145 lbs., another trait which I inherited from my dad...

5'7" here, and only 130 pounds. I'll grow at least two more inches, perhaps another four if I'm lucky. I've run every season for the past five and a half years, and I still have another half-year of running ahead of me, so I've never really had the opportunity to put on any serious muscle mass.

Seldom have I felt more insignificant... 5'11.5", 198 pounds here. I was getting down to around 180 last summer, but I'm too busy to do any regular, serious exercise. Feels bad man.

I think my father is 5'11'' and weighs over 16 stone. I am not going to end up like him. Luckily food and beer hold no great fascination for me.
Although I feel very unhealthy at the moment, doing very little exercise - probably 3 or 4 intensive hours per week. Followed by barely any sleep at night.

What!? Nobody told me! I must be destined for life as a fat chick somewhere in the near future. Or failing that, you're an idiot. Beer is great. And Puppeteer, you don't like food? How is that possible? Food is amazing. It's the greatest thing since (and including) sliced bread! I love food. I also love that I don't get fat, no matter how much of it I eat. I am however less enamoured of the way I get spotty if I cut out the healthy bits. My parents promised me that my spots would have disappeared by the time I stopped being a teenager, and yet...

Parents lie to you, kids.

Beer is fine, it's just the people going out of their way to make a lifestyle out of it that piss me off to no end.

European drinking culture is a terrible, terrible thing.

Oh I don't drink beer often, though I may drink it/cider at a pub if it's just being social, but going out out, I do like other drinks :wink_new: Definitely not an alcoholic though, I've never gotten properly smashed.
