I like that idea
But I have a slightly different suggestion. A high-poly model and skin of Galadriel's hand with Nenya on her finger and Nenya could 'radiate'?Or Sauron's hand with the One Ring on his finger? Like someone else said, with the writing in the model. Either of those would keep you busy for a while

Skinned version of the model that's demoed in the tutorial thread in my subforum. I decided that it's a Pelargir spearsman. He has a shield and a spear, but they're nothing special.
