Hey man, can you tell me how to beat Allied 03 Paranoiac? I need much more money and those Starflares are not fair!
And Allied 05 Plague too! I can't avoid sabotage of my power plants and loosing spies! Epsilon navy is too strong! Maybe it's supposed to be like that and when i get MCV reinforcements I don't know what's my task because the first one failed!!! I am desperate!!! I thought it's maybe destroy the Epsilon but I destroy absolutely everything and I kill all squids and miners and still nothing! Please help me!!!!!!!!!!

Skip the mission here, by going to the campaign page. And select the campaign list, select the mission which you'd like to play. :crazed:

ah, sorry i must have put the thread on the wrong place before, here seems more appropriate...

hi, need a little help on epsilon mission 4 where i need to "seduced" president Duuugan?? the thing that got me was that now Grizzly Tank cannot be mind control, so i found it hard to gain access in base, i managed to use the Abram tank to blow a hole on the north side of the "middle base" where i believed the Duuugan is hiding... and i also eliminated the soviet base down there somewhere by blowing barrel again... but the whole place locked down pretty tight with multiple prism towers and all... little help, please??

Yeah the Grizzly Tank Immunity was an issue with the idea and it was going to be fixed in 2.5 if I remember correctly. I'd say look to modifying the rules.ini for that but if that's too complicated, maybe someone else here can help.

Keep your Viruses and Adepts alive at all costs. You need them to beat the mission.

Try to disable the Tesla Coil somehow, then MC an Engi to capture the Soviet Barracks. Now you can train a ton of cannon fodder. Hooray!

That Allied base in the corner? Ignore it, it doesn't pose a threat and it doesn't really have anything worthwhile as far as I know.

There are a lot of barrels in the Allied base. Blow a hole in the North-Eastern side of the base and watch out for Attack Dogs and Mirage Tanks. MC any Abrams. If you can capture a Chrono Prison while it's reloading, do that. They can either serve as easy enemy removers or function as decent meat shields.

It's been a while since I've actually done this mission though.. :p

where can i find these engineers? i got two crates loaded with 10 000 so i was also kinda expect to find engineers to MC, but they don't seem to be found... are they more or less in the middle base??

Pretty much I think. You have to be careful you don't kill them. Though it's not like I needed the Soviet base to win the mission, it can be useful if you don't know the mission.

as of now, i am very sad to say i am not moving any forward of this game cause i won't let me.... i was in the mission: cold air or no air, everything went well until when ever someone or something used tesla bolt to attack, the game crashed, internal error... tried another save file, an earlier save file, it crashed when ever the tesla coil fired upon my troop that belonged to the north enemy base...
well, since i have experienced quite a few bug, my only logical chose is to wait for the 3.0 and hopefully the game will run with true awesomeness!! so long for now... :sleep:

Yeeah, that sounds like an NPatch related problem. The best is to just skip that mission if it keeps crashing like that.

I have a problem with the mission of the Soviet 04th Immediately after inserting the infantry to the power plant, MIG does not destroy the silos and nuclear bomb every minute shoot and destroy everything and can not move the screen. Mission failed after the destruction of Psychic Amplifier.

I have a problem also with the 05th mission of the Allied Spies disappear after the attack, and before that you can not move them.

Skip Soviet 04 if you get to that point. It's basically the ending sequence, messed up because we nerfed Migs.

You are supposed to lose Epsilon Infiltrators in Allied 05, then the second part happens.

I was just wondering, will there will be new campaign missions or remade missions for 3.0?

I'm just playing the Epsilon campaign (great missions) and think some of the maps are too difficult and just too annoying to play.

For example the Infiltration level and Jealousy. In the first one you never know where those damn defensers are and wonder why the prisms start attacking you.
There is nothing tacticle about it, its stupid try and error. Jealousy in contrast requires an horrible amount of micro right away from the start.
The allieds naval rush you at the beginning and if you don't pay attention they kill your ships with the first wave. Afterwards you can't do much about all those dolphins and carriers.
Your land forces are just plain weak, at least some good Infantry like Virus, Adepts or Rahn would be fair to get control of the situation... did I mention this damn bridge?
The damn bridge where those IFV shoot down and kill your army within seconds if you don't pay attention.Were those IBFs always shoot from better pathetic


And on top of that there is that nasty timer that reminds you that you need to hurry. I don't mind hard mission, actually I like a challenge but these 2 missions are just not fun to play. I don't have problems with other Epsilon missions besides those.

I also would really like to see some campaign missions where you have access to all 3 side commandos, that would be such a win.

There will be new missions and some of old missions will be revised. In addition, you will be able to choose any mission from the selection screen so that if you don't like one type of the mission, you don't have to play it. That's because there will be plenty of variety and I realize some people don't like super micro missions.

Which infiltration level do you mean though? I don't quite remember.

Sounds great.
I meant Frozen Candles, the mission with Einstein's Chronosphere 2 Shadow tanks and 3 Infiltrators.
Otherwise the Yuri campaign is top notch :)

Edit: But one thing I think that would be cool is if you have to rescue Yuri from T-Rex first (just imagine Rahn and some others against hordes of Dinosaurs!), a lunar mission or a final mission were you have to defend the Mental Omega Device ^^

That won't happen because we're dropping that part of the story in 3.0.
