It works, not with EMP on aircraft, but the effect is the same. Make a primary weapon with EMP for vehicles and make a secondary weapon without EMP for aircraft. Make sure the secondary weapon will destroy every aircraft in 1 shot. Then just let it spawn the right particles etc and you have our EMP weapon. :rolleyes:

It was only going to be an anti-air weapon. I was thinking letting it be a one shot one kill and letting it have some EMP animation, but thats sort of unbalanced unless I have it be inaccurate maybe.

maybe instead of one hit kill, maybe make it a parasite warhead so it slowly but surely destroys the unit, but the unit still has a chance to attack something...

True, but guest you should register.

Ha! there's a sick idea for you. Have the flak cannon fire terror drones at the aircraft


Your flying over the enemy base and you see a terror drone come flying out of the the flak and jumping into your plane.

Unless the drone was suicidal, but then it would have to do all the damage in one go a defeat its purpose :p

Or simply force move the plane onto the pad. :p

And particle can't spawn properly in the air, so maybe Damage= attached to artmd anims.

u can force planes to land there but they probably wont last long enough to reach the depot...

lol shooting the terror drones at air units... those poor rocketeers T_T
hahaha i tried this once but used the drone jump warhead as AG not AA and made ROF like really fast. LOL shoulda seen it there were drones shooting out of my apoc at like highspeeds hehehe ><

I'm quite familiar with Tesla's work he was a great inventor who never got the credit that owed to him. Nicola Tesla is going to be in second part of the storyline and will most likely will be in the campaign. The Russians will receive one of Tesla's other weapons. Think you could guess what it is?


If I had to Guess I'd say the Earthquake Generator. However, for game purposes I'm also guessing it will be a (relatively) small device which is attached to structures by an Infantry unit or Tank (like C4 from a SEAL/Tanya)

(there are some, there is this site that has all the concept art, but i cant find it)


one thing i think you need to do is make the GGI rockets not go as far when their in a battle fortress, it always annoys my when all anyone dose is battle fortress rush, cause half the time you cant get close enough to attack befor they destroy you, and then they attack you from far away

another thing i thought up for the allies is having a Base Extension Node. there was this mod, i cant remember which one, but it had nodes in it, anyway, B.E.N can be made when you get service deport, and robot control, it take up 4 squares, so its more compacted then an mcv, but it isnt an mcv in its own, so if you loose your mcv, then you cant build stuff, even if you have a B.E.N, oh and ben is robot coltrolled(thats why you need robo control thing) so he cant be mind controlled

i dont know how it would work for balacing tho, you could send one of these up to yur enimies base build a gap generator and defence and stuff, then they would have problems, esspecially if you put a grand cannon there too :umad:

ok some other stuff:

crono cruiser (a chrono boat for allies)
crono reinforcments (if sovets can get a tank drop, allies could get crono reinforments)
mobile gap generator
stelth bomber
fusion reactor(like sovets nuclear power plant, but maybe a bit less power, or more expensive or somthing)
chrono prison (every mod has this :D )

ok now some yuri stuff:

psi corp trooper(replace yuri clone)
psi corp elite (better then normal psi corp troops, maybe could be 'country' specific yuri unit)
yuri clone (even better again, maybe control 2 things?)
perfect clone(maybe cantroll 2 things or 1 building, like yuri prime)


and well i really cant be bothered typing any more stuff, unless you ask really nicely :D

how about changing yuri's infantry when mind controled by opponent, instead of the opponent controling them they die at the completion of the mindcontrol process.

worked great for AOE star wars for the storm troopers.

base expantion nodes/vehichles was used in cannisrules balance of power beyond revenge section
