If Carol the Great (don't know how spell his name in English) hadn't have civilized the German tribes, everyone would have spoken Polish  Or other Slavonic.
But I'm actually pleased that English rules the world - it's much easier than other European languages. French, German, Spanish or Polish, comparing to English, are very hard learn. I don't know Dutch, but I suppose it's a bit more difficult than English.

Well, to make this post less off-topic: just use the English version, there's less trouble with it. :p

Yeah, if Switzerland would have conquered the world you would all speak Swiss German now :p

But back on topic: How's the newest version coming along, Cel? Can't wait to get my hands on it

Let's compare, shall we?

Now let's take a look at Weta's:

Posted Image

I'm noticing a distinct lack in your "gold", and seeing a good amount of silver. Of course, the black part is more grey on Weta's (note that EA doesn't get that right either: what's with the green-grey?), but I'm going by Tolkien's descriptions of Gondorian armor, rather than Weta's.

Here's a tip for you: don't say my stuff looks like shit.

And as for me not releasing the newer version yet: I'll do it when I can/want to. I have a life you know; I'm not here to serve you people.

Celeglin's shield is better, that's final.

...Many folk like to know beforehand what is to be set on the table; but those who have laboured to prepare the feast like to keep their secret; for wonder makes the words of praise louder...

ALL skins made by Celeglin are better than EA's. It's undisputed. :p

Better than the "optimized" (tiny) versions of EA's skins. These bitmaped and muddy things used to be really quite nice, but texture size was axed for BfME I.

Maybe it's gray because it's supposed to be battle-worn?
Just a thought.......
How would gold fit in with their armor anyways?
Some of yours would still look better *cough*Galadhrim*cough*
