I can say for sure that there will be greater than three and less than twenty summonable units.

Oh, thanks. Real helpful.

Any hints on what units will be summonable? Please? :D

Do you mean that there will be between 3-20 units as in 3-20 soldiers/archers, or 3-20 different types of units? Do explain

20 is the maximum number of units that you are able to summon, I think.

I mean that there will be between 3 and 20 different types of units to summon. Summoning itself will probably be random. And i suppose i can narrow it down to between 7 and 13 :D.

I really don't do requests and my Arnor Soldier is not fit for BFME. Don't ask me for either.

that's quite a lot... are it all unique units, only available by those beacons, or also units who are available otherwise?

I think it'll be a) 10 or 12 units, and b) some units will be from the mini-factions.

I don't think that there will be units from the minifactions.. It's quite unlogical in my eyes to see dunedain rangers, ithilien rangers or knights of dol amroth summoned by a beacon..

Maybe not the Ithilien Rangers, but the others make sense to me. I reckon there will be Rohirrim available as well.

Well there could be units not seen in the minifactions that can be summoed from the beacons; yet they would be native to the location of that minifaction, or they are also units from the Southern fiefs that only appear when summoned from the beacons, or the muster the fiefs power.

Scince Nertea said that the number of summonable beacon units would be around 7 and 13, we already have:

*Lossarnach Axemen

*Dol Amroth Men-at-Arms

*Morthond Vale bowmen

*Rohirrim

So far thats it but none the less, we could try and figure them out.
I will remember Rhovanion Alliance, RIP .

Or have they? Anyway the majority of the units are from the Southern Fiefdoms so keep guessing for the remaining units

The Rohirrim being summoned is an educated guess. They were summoned byt the beacons in the movies and the books, and so far the RA has kept true to both. ;) And I reckon the Knights of Dol Amroth will be summonable as well.

So we got Lossarnach Axemen, Men-at-Arms, & Morthond Archers. I think there should be some lancers in the mix, but where would they come from? Lebennin & Pelargir was getting bombarded, and we dont no much about them other than being merchants. The army of Lamedon was under assault by Umbar & Harad from wikipedia, so an attack on Dol Amroth before Minas could be posible (should post in other topic). Lamedon sent only a few woodsmen to MT. Anfalas was not populated so it did not send forces. After than, i cant name anymore fiedoms from southern gondor that doesnt include Belfalas or Lossarnach. I think that the post about 3-20 units is just to mess with our heads, unless they make a battalion out of every gondor city

Knights of Dol Amroth will not be summonable from the Beacons, as far as I know.

And to Canterbury's post: *Waits for a painfully witty retort from Nertea*. ;)

Ooooooh, this will be good. ;)

Why no Knights of Dol Amroth?

Because they're already purchasable from the Dol Amroth mini-faction building, and the Beacons have the potential to be much better utilized without the need of unit repetition (sincerely no offence ;) ).
