...The Journey doesn't end here; death is just another path, one that we all must take. The grey rain curtain of this world rolls back, and all turns to silver glass. And then you see it. White shores...and beyond. A far green country, under a swift sunrise...
...Many folk like to know beforehand what is to be set on the table; but those who have laboured to prepare the feast like to keep their secret; for wonder makes the words of praise louder...
...Stand, Men of the West! Stand and wait! This is the hour of doom... ~ Gandalf the White, The Return of the King

That length of 'barbed wire' between the tusks; I've never seen it on them before (in the game).
Nope not even on Ultra High Detail, but they were in one mod, I forget the name of it but it was an upgrade for them, it added trample damage or something, I can't remember.

Gandalf made those himself.

The Lord of the Rings, The Fellowship of the Ring, Book One, A Long-Expected Party, page 35.
"There were toys the like of which they had never seen before, all beautiful and some obviously magical. Many of them had indeed been ordered a year before, and had come all the way from the Mountain and from Dale, and were of real dwarf-make."
Then one paragraph later:
"The fireworks were by Gandalf: they were not only brought by him, but designed and made by him; and the special effects, set pieces, and flights of rockets were let off by him."
As for the Dale signs, same chapter, page 38:
"There were, as had been said, many young hobbits present. Hundreds of musical crackers had been pulled. Most of them bore the mark DALE on them; which did not convey much to most of the hobbits, but they agreed they were marvellous crackers."
Dale (and Erebor) made and sold the toys, Gandalf made and brought the fireworks.
