Can't say I'm to fond of a king using a bow... especially if it's bow only
That includes elves ;)

Because Bard has a habit of doing that (and because it sounds more appropriate in my opinion).

In a note in the Unfinished Tales, the Westmarch (which was nominally part of the Westmark of Rohan but tended to side with Dunland) was indeed populated by Dunlendings (or mixed folk of both Dunlending and Rohirric descent) and the region was indeed hostile towards the Rohirrim. Freca and his son Wulf (who usurped the throne of Rohan during the reign of Helm Hammerhand in the Long Winter) were both lords of the Westmarch and had a mixed heritage of both cultures. We are further told that many of its warriors joined Saruman (Isengard) against Rohan in the War of the Ring.

There were 2 westmarches in *Middle-earth* actually.

The westmarch referred to here is the land between the River Adorn and River Isen, west of Rohan. The other westmarch is the one west of the Shire from the Tower Hills to the Far Downs.

So nope, the Dunlendings probably still stayed there when King Elessar extended the Shire to include the other westmarch.

Middle-earth Bard, not Middle Earth. I would have thought you would know that :p

Yeah I don't approve of kings/captains using bows personally. If it was up to me Legolas would pretty much be the only 'well known' bow hero, that includes Faramir. Oh well.

:p

I knew you'd nit-pick :)

You have to show me that forum you mentioned where people get flamed for typing "Middle Earth" instead of "Middle-earth". Please?

Oh well indeed, carry on with the discussions and questions people.

They've now put a filter on the forums, to turn any common incorrect version into 'Middle-earth' :p

I may very well have asked this before, but I can't find the post so excuse me if that's the case.

Do you guys work on all factions at once or do you work on one faction at a time?

If you only work on one faction at a time what faction are you currently working on?

The old world will burn in the fires of industry! The forests will fall! A new order will rise...we will drive the machine of war with the sword and the spear and the iron fist of the Orc! We have only to remove those who oppose us...

Mordor, Gondor and Mirkwood :ninja: Their beeing finished atm (well, depends on ched's backuping)
Will probably not start another faction untill their pretty much finished I think...
And in the future.... I think it'll be 1 faction at a time... maybe 2, but no more me'thinks.... That way, it's much easier to keep track on what's done, savy? :p
And of course, it doesn't really go faster however many factions were doing at the same time... If I code multiple factions at a time, I get tired.... :ninja:

Well, being chief skinner means that I work on what I want. Which has been a single faction for quite a while now. Someone else is involved with cleaning up all the little stuff in the almost finished factions. Other people are my not-so-willing slaves that *should* do what I want. Then there's other people who do what they want. For example, someone told me that he never wanted to see another dwarf to animate for a while, but then he reconsidered after I finished the next model :ninja:. So I'm persuasive that way

sig.png
I really don't do requests and my Arnor Soldier is not fit for BFME. Don't ask me for either.

Who are you to order the staff about? At the moment, the campaign maps aren't priority and only the skirmish maps are being worked on (unless the staff have suddenly decided to work on the campaign), so there isn't anything that "must be done".

You need all units in game to work on a campaign ;) I think at the moment, the only map I could do is Osgilliath as that just has Gondor and Mordor.
