I always place it in RA2 directory, not FA2 one.

hi there,

i just found this mod yesterday and it really makes ra2 fun again! well done, thanks!

now i did as you instructed and i can see all the mo units und building in my fa2yr menu. but when i try to add on eof the new units i just cant see them on the map. i have no problem with the old unaltered stuff, but the new ones just doesnt show up. its like ive selected the "nothing" option.

does anyone have a suggestion?

Is it possible to make that MO buildings and units are visible in final alert?

In 2.0psi - yes. You would have to extract rulesmd.ini and artmd.ini files from mod mixes and place them in YR directory.

How to extract them from .exe mod launcher ;o?

Use XCC mixer on expandmd mix file when mod is activated (minimize to tray when the
Spoiler
).

Ok but how to make them visible. On Example i don't know how to looks Chinese building and i don't know is that will fit with my map.

If you have artmd.ini extracted from mod and placed in YR directory, you should be able to see most of ingame graphics. Most, because some are just not read by FA2.

I still don't see them...
Only see size of sprite on map.

The building will be invisible but visible ingame when you test.

Thats the most easiest solution

Also Edit - Basic - Ignore global AI triggers to yes will stop the AI from building units, allowing you to safely test the map.

In other words: You can't see the MO building in FA... :l

IIRC FA doesn't read ecache files. What I did was hex edit the FA exe to read my own mix file where I place everything I need visible.
