3rd edition WH40K... I have the old 13inch tall 2nd edition version of the war hound from Armor Cast. Good stuff...Here is a better picture of the mech just to inspire creator
Between now and the next polished release there should be very little new art work done. Instead the focus is on designing, testing, and fixing. the mod has always been so close to finished that its nearly criminal. I'd love to see this through to the end with a real community effort.

As for the poison gens super unit. i don't think so he needs one. the defiler acts like a super unit. 6 defilers sitting in your base can decimate an enemy. ask me about it. i defeated my friend (Nuke gen) with poison by only using 12 defilers. he could not get his Bertha's to my base because the acid and the anthrax use to eat it up even before it reached the base.

Pandaelose you forgot my question ? I asked you what weapons do you think that fits to the mech (acording to the mech of the picture)
My opinion is that if the mech is like the second picture (Which is REALLY more Beautifull) in the right hand fits a twin barelled cannon and in the left hand a twin barelled laser cannon... and in the top of the mech (if creator wants this) a very small rocket pod that launches rockets (for planes)
Creator which mech will be in your version ? i mean you will desing the mech according to the first picture or to the second ? If you deside the second (personally i think the second one is the BEST) i have some other pictures of it !!!

I would give him the following weapons:
-doublebarreled AT-Gun attached to one arm (fires 2 shots/sec.)
-Laser-Gattling gun or Microwavegun attached to the other arm against infantry
-AA Rocket Pods on shoulders

weapons... well the one in the picture has a class 3 autocannon (freaky big chain gun) and a class 3 plasma gun (super tank killer gun) in genereals this would probobly work out best as a retaliator style gun, and a short burst from a partical cannon style gun... as for missles, hell yeah, if you going mech don't go half way. I say make the weapons freaky pwerful but only let them fire in short bursts like the retaliator gun. this will make a single mech very strong vs a single target like an overord or just a few infantry, but put it at a disadvantage agaisnt 20+ infantry

i think you should use the weapons you suggested

but have your plasma gun and missles have a long reload time, sort of like the commache missles from orginal generals, but a shorter reload time than that. understand what i mean?

i like the idea on a super unit for superweapon general creativeuser a type of platform, but 2 patriots are a little plain but yes that would be deadly.
my suggestion was to has superweapon general have a microwave fire base:
a giant microwave turret good vs infantry and tanks most of us know what happens when you put metal in a microwave BOOOOM
also have the the microwave base garrisonable for 4 troops
i think that would kick a

Yeap, this this a very good idea ! but i think that the projectiles must look like a howitzer shell but in blue or green, something like a laser or plasma bolt not like a beam !!!when I meant bursts I didn't necesairly mean lots of little shots, but rather have a volly of fire then a pause... I think we might be getting at the same idea in different ways. like the laser idea, let it fire for maybe 1/2 a second and then pause for a whole second while reloading. as if it was very powerful but had heat problems. I prefer the gun style of the retaliator over the chain gun, thats why I suggested that for the other arm. missles should always fire in bursts because its cool... 4 missles at a time with a 3 second pause.

What if Creator add a super AA unit with HUGE range but it hits its target a litlle after its lanch but with no way of the the enemy to escape!!! What about the Russian S300... Heres a photo
And a gaus tank for tank general instead of the gattling tank(like the defence tower)

That unit is cool. Gauss tank is excessive, gauss cannons are good against almost everything...I've got another idea
What Creator add a super AA unit with HUGE range but it hits its target a litlle after its lanch but with no way of the the enemy to escape!!! What about the Russian S300... Heres a photo

i have one new photo of the mech that is more impresive ! As for the mech in the first picture the Chaos one, my opinion is that it has no armor from the top side ! the imperial guard one has impressive armor from all the sides In the last picture the mech is constructed as i want from creator to be ! The twin plasma cannons in the left hand and the twin cannons in the right....

I think before we worry all to much about weapons we have to see what Model creator makes. he may or may not make an exact look alike of the titan. he might also make somehting that looks more "American"(in the game sense)

From what i know this is the best AntiAir and anti balistick (not sure)That unit is cool.

I dunno about what is "Best" but I know the Phalanx cannon is pretty increadible against missles and fighters. Its a pretty nasty toy, the cannon and radar system is is joined at the hip with is bogger than most tanks, and the ammo supply to fire for a very shot while is just as big as the gun itself.
