1.Drone Defence controller as a big defence structure for Cyber gen. it should have around 5 to 10 drones who are stealth.

Yes, I plan to do it.

2. Tank Bunker for China Tank. similar to the one seen in Yuri's Revenge. in the bunker the tank only receive 25 % of the damage it would normally get and the range increases by 20 to 50%

Interesting idea, but Tank general is strong enough already. I will add this bunker to Flame, Nuke, Cyber or Laser generals.

3. Mortar Defence Site which instead of having three stinger soldiers should have 3 mortar launchers and should have the range to take out artillery units but its accuracy should not be good. this applies for all gen of GLA. maybe each gen can have a specialisation with the mortar like anthrax for poison, extra damage for demo, extra accuracy for Assault and just plain one for stealth.

No. GLA have artillery cannon (addon for defense site). Stealth general have missile silo (new defense building). Assault general have Katyusha that is good in attack as well as in defense.

4. Iron Dragon armed with cannon for Infantry Gen only. It can have an attack run like the Yak did in red alert one. not very accurate but can take on group of enemy.

Yes, I will add Iron Dragon once more, but I plan to give it infinite ammo and arm it with small rapid fire cannon similar to Spectre one. Maybe I will add it to nuke general, or maybe to Infantry one. Not sure yet.

5. removal of the firing restriction on MIG.

Already made 2 weeks ago.

6. replace the 2 missile of nuke MIG with a single bomb.

What for? Missiles look better. They leave smoke trail.

7. give the Chinooks back the ability to carry vehicles for transport.

8. The assault helix of infantry gen should not come with a already made up bunker. instead it should have the option for either a radar, speaker tower or bunker. i am asking this because once again the assault helix with the bunker lacks the capability of carrying vehicles.

Helix will be able carry vehicles. But I'm going to find another variant. I don't want infantry general to upgrade his Helix with different addons.

1)I have a stolen idea from alkaida :) .For the GLA a  anthrax leaflet drop that instantly kills infantry!!! ;)  .

Then what is Anthrax bomb for?

2)Also for the Cyb general a Mech it would it be a good idea for new and powerfull super unit that will use a big array of weapons such as Rockets(for tanks) a laser (for infantry) and an AA gun something like a mech from Mechwarrior.

Good idea, but this unit will double Drone Controller. So I will need to remove Controller or do not add your unit. Also there is 3rd variant: to make Controller and Mech very different. I mean different in strategy. They should not have the same characteristics.

3)And for the infantry general a tank  like the battle fortress(from RA2 Yuris Revenge) that carrys a lot of infantry and it has a good armor and HP instead of the troop crawler. :cool:

Yes. It will be Overlord-like vehice with 12 wheels instead tracks.

4)For Airforce general a light tank.Because its a litle unfair cause tank general has at least one plane and a trully good heavy helicopter but airforce hasnt got any tank.

5) A replacmaint for the emberor (just for a change)  a t28

No. I hate this ugly T-28.

so are you going to use my idea on the Katyusha site

and a while back u asked me "as for your plane, what fuctions would it perform?"'
were you talking about the harrier pad idea or the plane i suggested,

if it was the plane i suggested, it would be more superunit against tanks
I think i would be really cool if you could have every general in your mod have some kind of superunit. and something else interesting to know is, everyone i play online with this mod, refuses to have a nuke general in a game, their main excuse is that the retailalator and the nuke explosion attachment to a helix/overlord, is just way to deadly :)

This idea for the mech rocks !!! And the Mech in the picture is really awesome !!!! :) Well i think you must include it to the new version, the drone controller really sucks...... just think about : a berta can kick his ass very quickly so does the shaitan and the omega cannon.... A mech for the robot general is one of the best ideas that i heard in this topic !


As for the air force idea this is very fair because tank has planes and air force no tanks !
As for the t28 i dont think its a bad idea.... ok the emperor is very nice but a change will refresh the gamplay...

So what do you think Creator ?
(I really liked the mech one idea)please insert them in the 004 version they will be very cool !!!

And i would like feedback too please ! ;)

i think that drone controller just it is not worth its money thats the hole point.i sugest replacing it with the mech (this is just my opinion)

My biggest gripe is that no building has the ability to be sold. I sometimes misplace a buildings and I have to destroy it to remove it.

When I play against the AI, it won't build a tech building until way after its had its level 3 Gen powers. Can this be fixed?

Can you post pics of the new stuff thats in the .04 version?

No. But I already made long range missiles mounted onto Stealth general tunnel network. It is very similar to your Katyusha site.

I will not return sell button. You should think before building something and chose place for building carefully.

How about a mega crawler for infantry that can carry around 16 infantry. it should be big but also be immune to radiation and anthrax. the biggest problem i have with infantry is that when you attack the whole infantry can get killed with radiation, anthrax, flame and flash bang. i think infantry gens units should be more resistant (not immune) to all this stuff.

no tank bunker for nuke. it is just too power full for him to have it. infantry and flame its a good idea. also make it so that at max you can get overlord in. don't allow nuke cannon and similar unit to Garrison.

Alright if you dont like it no problem but i just thoutght that a change for the emberor will be good and i remebered the t28.But i really liked that you will replace the drone contrroler with a mech. :)
And what about a small light tank with a small cannon for the Airforce general???

BUT i disagree with the weapons of the mech, i think (in my mind is the mech of the picture)

1)in the right hand two powerfull cannons for tanks
2)in the left hand gattling cannons for infantry
and last a small rocket launcher for the planes !!! :)

The mech in the picture is an Imperial Warhound Titan from the WarHammer 40000 games...

Truely a Reaver Titan would be the shizza... Its got the 3 weapons (2 arms and another on top)

Between now and the next polished release there should be very little new art work done. Instead the focus is on designing, testing, and fixing. the mod has always been so close to finished that its nearly criminal. I'd love to see this through to the end with a real community effort.

ok Creator what about my idea on the airforce general super unit:
A supersonic fighter with 4 missles(no other mod that i know has a supersonic fighter

and the harrier pad

(i like the idea on the light tank, maybe instead of airforce having a hummer, have a bradley)

plz answer if the the stealth general super unit is the moble scuds that have the 3 min scud missle? If NOT'

I have a cool idea for a steath general super unit:
a tank with a gps scramble on it, 4 scorpion rockets and a bunker for 2, it goes stealth when not moving, sort of like a ambush tanks :ninja:

plz tell what all of you think

(im thinking of a superweapon general superunit :ohmy: )

The harrier pad looks like a good idea, so does the supersonic fighter BUT i think that air force general only needs a light tank, and the harrier pad... cause the supersonic fighter has no sense in the battle the jsf fullfils its purpose !

Now as for the mech i know pandaelose, but my opinion is that the mech from the picture is one of the most beautifull mechs ! if creator make it like the picture i will be VERY happy....
I also liked the idea of the super troopcrawler ! makw=e it like the battle fortress of ra2 yuris revenge as the guy said !
Pandaelose what weapons would you like on the mech ? (Of course if it will be like the picture) ??? :rolleyes:

for:
robot gen:"the mech "
infantry gen:"the supertroop crawler "
airforce gen:"the supersonic (anti-tank)figher "
laser gen:the omega cannon
tank gen:the shaitian
nuke gen:the berta
assult gen:the destroyer
flame gen:___________
stealth gen:___________(look at MY last post)(or is it the moble scuds)
superweapon gen:___________
poison gen:__________(the defililer?)

heavy defences(just to clarify, correct if wrong)
robot:drone controller
infantry: a 2ble barrel artillery defense bunker
airforce:the designator
laser:the large laser defense turret
tank:same as infantry
nuke:NO NEED

poision:some kind of poision/acid grenade launcher/catapult

the super sonic anti-tank figher
what i think would make this thing balanced enough for a superunit would be:

It has 4 f-22 raptor missles (from contra 003)
it slows down after it fires
and it costs $5000
if it fights a berta (for example) with 2 gatling tanks by it. and the plane shoots its missles at the berta, it would only do so much damage and not kill it. then after it fires, those gattling tanks would tear that plane to shreads

It can in my version, but last I've heard (unless creator says otherwise) it is only anti-missle/anti-shell in contra .04

I really think so too... If you've not tried it I'd recomnd at least looking at what I've got in my version, the SDI is ALOT of fun as a base defense. If you prefer the original its pretty painless to swap back.
