1. I realised that just after i posted... what you could do is have a small stone wall appear around the fortress
2. a sandstorm illusion might be a better explanation
3. I remember reading that harad included "snake infested plains". besides there are giant wyrms in the vanilla bfme2, so I just went with what sounded likely
4. I came up with it a long time ago, but i agree itd be quite funny to imagine what a gondor player would think when that "silly little harad fortress" starts walking through his lines. As for the bazar etc, it can get destroyed with the fortress but the upgrades remain: you could assume the haradrim on the fortress mumak have bartering abilities of their own...

Or that King's Palace could be a place where the Sorcerers of the south gather, which would explain why there is a sandstorm.
Okay if we are going with this kind of logic, the mod team has a LOT to do. We need to explain why the Elven fortresses can emit mist, etc, etc. I am willing to accept a Sandstorm upgrade that hides the fortress (basically acts exactly like elven fog) if it is emitted from a sorcerer gathering place or whatever.

Careful. This link is DANGEROUS. Do NOT click it. This one, however, is fine.
I had the meaning of life in my signature, but it exceeded the character limit.

another fix: men of the east need create a hero access: its a pain to not be able to get the harad uber hero you have designed... So what would be good is if the men of the east can have create a hero heroes, but only haradrim, rhun and wizards.

No, that wouldn't work. Its not like with the Goblins where they do not die of natural causes (bred from elves, like the Goblins), this one requires a names pdf to set names. Like we could call the Mahud Captain "Al Tufayl" and we could call the Corsair guy, "Baransaan" (from Gondorian "Baran" and Haradrim "saan"). Then, we could give the non-canon unit "Rhun Brigands" a non-canon female hero called, "Markiz". That way we have a full roster:
two blue istari, two nazguls (who hopefully stick with horses until they get the Fell Beast upgrade, like the "lesser six" of Mordor), two trained army leaders, two river-pirate leaders, and a summoned allies leader. So that's...
eight heroes, plus one for the Khandians. I didn't include Baransaan separately from the Harad because Umbar is a territory of Harad by the time of the 3010's.

the bleu wizards ( the wizards are gandalf, saruman, radagast, romstamo and morinehtar) in the books only saruman was the betrayer.
here i post some of the litary work of tolkien.
An alternate set of names in Quenya for both wizards is given in the 1968 The Peoples of Middle-earth as Morinehtar ("Darkness-slayer") and Rómestámo ("East-helper"). Like most names in Tolkien's works, these names are significant. Here, Rómestámo coming from the Quenya word rómen, meaning uprising, sunrise, east incorporates not only his relation to the East of Middle-earth, but also his mission there to encourage uprising and rebellion against Sauron.
maybe you could change these two to a sort of shade heroes or something like that couse it works straight against tolkiens book.
maybe you can put these two heroes in arnor.
by the way the rest of the game is great.
p.s: you cant say that the wizards are not in the time line of arnor cause arnor is after the fisrt vall of sauron and the bleu wizards has been sent to midlle earth to help the men, elves and dwarfes in this war not by fighting but with caunsel.

Only thing I really noticed other than what has been said was that no create a hero can be chosen (other than random) as if it were neither good nor evil. I seem to remember Rohan doing this to in 1.04, but I havent tried them with the BETA.

That is correct. Rohan and Evil Men will not be able to have a CaH - it is a problem with EA only allowing 8 specific factions having CaH. I'm trying to come up with a way to balance that out. Rohan is the only heroes with leadership for heroes, and EvilMen is a faction with two sub-factions that can work together.
I wish there were a way to get the to work together, but I've found nothing so far.

This is, I guess, technically a cheat, but it is a way to get around any faction that does not have a CAH option from the skirmish menu. First, select the faction you want to play as. Then, select the CAH drop down menu and click on any greyed-out hero. It won't do anything, but that's OK. With the drop-down still open, type the first letter of the hero's name on the keyboard, and the hero's greyed-out name will appear selected as your CAH and will be playable in-game. If it selects a different hero, it is because that other hero's name starts with the same letter as the one you desire. Try the procedure again, and this time it will select the next hero with the same first letter (in alphabetical order). Continue this until you get the hero you want. For example: I want to play as Isildur, and I have a CAH named Isuldur and one named Imrahil. I will open the drop down, click any hero's name, then type "I" on the keyboard (without the quotes). It will select Imrahil. I then open the drop down again, click any hero's name, then type "I" again, and it will select Isildur. Happy playing, Windrider.

8/6/2011 update: I had another brilliant idea: Give each sub-facion at least one female heroine with an Adunaic or Quenya name.
