Oh, and can you persuade them to make a new Thranduil skin too (green and gold like Glorfindel). Love it!!

Those are only a few of the Elven skins that WOA has donated to SEE - the others do include a new Thranduil, who is wearing green robes and gold armor .

Thank you all for the compliments, despite the fact that those skins are rather old and I'm planning to redo them at some time in the future .

Yes, it's just that the Thranduil model does not use a bow anymore (from what I can see) and that could cause a bit of a problem unless we redesign his powers Other than that the skin and model rocks, just like everything else you guys have done

About the Lorien Warrior, it's just a shadow and an extreme pose - they look like that when doing that pose + they have no shields anymore Check out the leather breast plate though - awesome!

The Khazad Guard will be a single Uber Elite unit like the Fountain Guards will be, and the Uruk-hai of Orthanc. The horde are only 10 units, but they will kick ASS (Right now they are just based on the Berserkes, but they will be their own unit soon when I send the stuff to master coder Sûl, hehe). I'm going for a mtach to the Orthanc Uruks or at least the Black Uruks =)

About the Berserkers and their role in SEE: I imagine them as old veteran warriors... Maybe even former Khazad guards, but "retired", fighting in their small bands out of "free will". A bit unorganized and sort of "freelancers", but still very strong. =)

Aaaah, YES; that is SO true... I've been working on this mod like dayly from dec to april when master coder Sûl joined. And the stress has really taken it's toll on me Today he's like the "executive producer" doing 95% of the coding and I'm concentrating on directing the mod, organizing work between team members and above all answering posts in this forum The "only" modding I do now are mosstly adding units, skinning and art - the things I love most and do best. Having really good Contributors on top of that helps a LOT, since I won't have to do what I did when the Hobbit skins - make new ones that are so similar that people think I stole them, lol

Let's see now... the list of Contributors and Mentors have grown impressive through the months...

@ Naz: Don't we have too many heroes for Elves then? Their amount beats Mordor if you add those

But you have to consider that four of them are cheap and weak hobbits (which in my opinion count rather as scouts than as "heroes" like Elrond or Legolas), while Mordor's heroes consist mainly of the extremely strong Nazgûl

Ah, finnaly... I can feed the hungry little birds (you players ) with this baby - the King of Dale; Bard!
I know this has been requested since the first version of SEE, so I hope this will make many of you happy...

Skin was based on this... v


He will have powers like:
- Leadership to all Dale units!
- "Dead Eye" or some kind of cool name for a sniper shot
- Cripple Strike (like Lurtz's)

- and MAYBE we coould spawn a single bird from him (based on crebain maybe), kind of like the falcon in the pic, and have it give extended shroud vision

Hehe thank you... Well, they made it easy for themselves and used the obsolete Damrod skin they had left from BFME2. That skin was quite dreadful with strong green and orange... and blue for hair

It's quite easy to skin good skins if you have nice photos to work from =) But thank you, I'm glad you like him. He will be a needed addition to Dwarven faction

First time I looked at that skin I was amazed how it was so accurate compared to the collecting card Very cool work.
And yea Decipher is the company that makes all the cards like that. It has also made Elladan and Elrohir, Ghan-Buri-Ghan etc etc...Amd the Dain picture that you used was also by them

Brand is still a bit too much rangerish imo. i would suggest removing the bracers and adding more royalty to his outfit.

i dont remember which one if Pippin or Merry but one of them uses frodo's skeleton with diffrent animations. so you can reskin that model and use frodo's anims without need to touch the model itself
