You use FinalBig, a google search will find it for you. And big files are just like zip files, so the music one shouldnt work if you open it with WMP.

well that made me more confused cos i dont no much about programme files but i no this cos in some games e.g rtw e.g bfme e.g command and conquer generals music arent always mp3's they need to be opened with wmp cos there not mp3's there something there a special file media centered or summminf and on the games above all the music is on 1 track and thats loads so they use a BIG file you can check. 1 labled music it might work when it says we cannot open it or something flibbidibbido (excuse my technical language) and then u can use the web which causes your computer to self destruct and you can select a programme from the list with media player thats how i done it cos i wanted the music off these games all in BIG files which in most cases open like a folder so its very confusing for me cos every big file is now a 'white piece of paper with a wmp logo on it' icon cos BIG you could say means ... Big so its baisicly for lots of data like 4 hours of music or mods or whatsit so used by mods to make it easier cos u could have to place all the files into different places or something just dont ask i dont understand anything this is just what i picked up in my life... im more confused than ever now :)

Punctuation and paragraphs please :)

A .BIG file is like a .ZIP file. It stores files.

It is opened with the FinalBig program.

Once opened, you can access the various game files, including the .ini data files, the .mp3 music files and the .tga texture files.

some questions/ideas

is aragorn gonna have a bow toggle?,
are elves gonna be alowed to build entmoot?,
are you gonna add more maps?,
is there gonna be a beserker unit or hero for the elves with a spear with an elven blade on the end he swings round his head killing multiple enemies?,
will you replace legolas with awren with a bow and put legolas back in rohirriam?,
will you make legolas' rate of fire increase?,
do anything more with costumes?,
will you get rid of the fire upgrade and replace it?, ;) with um something like 'Piercing arrows of Mirkwood/Mythril/Rivendel' or 'Enchanted Arrows of ...' or 'Barbed Tips of Lorien...'or something sounds kwel, make it glowing blue tips like forged blades,
make a new startup movie other than saurons eye to fit the elven style?,
will you say these questions are already answered on some site?,

I doubt Aragorn would have a bow toggle, besides many other mods already do this.

Entmoots: In TEA, no. In TLT, Rhovanoin might, I don't know for sure.

Maps: TEA: Maybe. TLT: If Cel ends up doing his campagin, yes.

Berserker: Doubt it.

Arwen Bow: No. Just no.

Lego rate of fire:If balance requires it.

Costumes? More? Arwen, Eowyn, and Elrond already have several different ones.

Arrows: We are currently debating that for TLT.

Some of these would be answered on the site ;)

EDIT: Ummm.....I've got nothing, the only thing can think if is to re-join :(

Yes, but really, Haldir and Legolas are more then enough when it comes to archer heros.
Think about it. We have:
Elrond
Galadriel
Glorfindel
Arwen
Cirdan
Thranduil
Haldir
Legolas

Who, besides the ones that do have bows, would really have a bow?
The sword is much more...... regal, I guess.

Yeah, he does use a bow in the movies.

Well, the music at the main menu was written for TEA by...Morgan Casey, was it?

I think there may a couple new songs in skirmish, I don't know....

There is an option....
Ok, go to My Controls in the right hand corner up there, then to avatar settings, then there should be a button that says browse to the right of a text box, which to the left of that say upload image from your computer.

thanks again :p strange the browse thing wasnt there before and my pivot gif image doesnt move like its supposed to oh well. how a bout the fangorn music the mysterious one. it was on two towers the video game and the music thats put on the loading skirmish screen and maybe when the elves enter helms deep in tt the film. you no how music changes in fighting you could use two tower music alot. yeah it wont move as my avatar this below

there has to be more music in skirmish, its too repetative

by the way, in camps buildings and defenses close together limits troop movement in your camp. its quite annoying actually. :p

you could do a hero for mordor haradrians (i think thats the name)

Don't worry, I've been merging his posts....

I've edited the in-game music scripts for RA, and there are a LOT of tracks. Something like 60 for good and 40 for evil.

Sorry if you take offense to what I'm about to say in this Duplo (I don't mean any at all  ), but I feel it has to be said: could you please watch the way you phrase things when you post them? For example, in your last post you wrote '...there has to be more music...'. This is Celeglin's mod, and as far as he's concerned there doesn't have to be any more music (although I think he might be consulting Morgan Casey again, but that's off the point). This is a forum, a place of opinion, so '...I would like to see more music in the mod...' for example, would be...more appropriate, for lack of a better word.

And please keep in mind that apart from all the little things that he's borrowing and getting help with, Celeglin is working on this mod on his own, so adding all these things that you've suggested isn't likely to happen. From what I've seen and heard, modders rarely add things in their mods by request.

I'm sorry if any of this has offended you - I had absolutely no intention of doing so. I just wanted to make you aware of what's happening. :)

Edit: but you're more than welcome to ask any question, as long as it isn't silly or you don't ask it over and over again, like one of our previous guests. ;)

When poeple don't use Punctuation the posts can be very difficult to read.
I often skip unpunctuated posts (i'm not sure about everyone else).
Unpunctuated posts just scream NOOB!.

Punctuation isn't that much of a problem (although it does make your posts a bit harder to read), it's just the way you worded things before. Anyway, it's passed now. ;)
