I think low level Nazgul should be very vulnerable to fire. Remember Weathertop in the movies and how Aragorn said fire was an ally in the books?

@Naz: I'll work on my animation skills, hopefully I should be good enough to animate that move by final release.;) Or perhaps one of your animators could do it eventually?

- The increased fire resistance in regards to level is a good idea =) *noted*

- We only have one "real" animator, and that is TDP (who is rather busy with school until next summer I guess)

I think that the troll named mollock should not be added to the mod or the mordor faction because he was not important in the movies he was just a random troll with diferent armor than the other trolls and I think he didn't had a name

If I'm not totally wrong, I beleive he was some kind of leader... I also think he would have slayed Aragorn if the Ring had not fallen into the lava... =p I just think it would be a cool and needed addition as Mordor will loose Mumaks eventually...

Actually, Mollock was just a random troll of no significance. It was originally intended that Aragorn would be fighting Sauron instead of that troll, but they decided to change it because it didn't work well with a lot of what they were doing around that scene, how they were editing the movie, and the actual plausibility of it given the power of Sauron.

Either way, that troll was the only troll that played a real part in the story (Except for the cave troll in Moria). And besides, when they decided to scrap the Sauron scene and make it a troll instead, they made it the biggest and baddest troll in all of the trilogy. Wich makes it a great candidate for a lvl10 hero! :xcahik_:

Yup! Movie Mod guys... not Lore Mod :xcahik_:
I don't think "Mollock" (RA name) is in the books at all, but he's indeed in the movie, right. ANd I like him, so he goes into the game too. He will have Leadership to all Trolls and Dominate to all Creeps =)

With patches, the game will be incompatile online. But we might have some kind of Patch when the mod is finished. I know Sûl might want some things in that I don't want, so that might happen. But not any time soon though =p

If I am not mistaken, the game currently has the Gothmog who was the Orc Lieutenant or something like that right?

I was thinking, why not add the other 2 orc commanders present at the battle of Minas Tirith?

Namely... that orc (or was it an uruk) who was in charge of battering down the gate.

And also, the Orc with that rather memorable helmet, a human skull helmet, and his weopon was a Scythe. He was the same orc that greeted Aragorn when he arrived with the Army of the Dead, and also the one that commanded the catapults to be fired...

For that guy, I can suggest several abilities.... such as:
Leadership bonus to Catapults (Attack Rate + 25%, Damage + 50%?)
Bombard (but weaker than the spellbook's)
Summon Pirates ("Late as usual, Pirate scum, there's work here that needs doing")

Sorry for being so vague... I seem to have suddenly forgotten all my LOTR lore...

You could also take the orc in Minas Morgul who tried to kill Frodo just before Sam stabbed him?

You know the whole thing with the Mithril Vest which started the fight in Minas Morgul.

That was Gorbag and Shagrat... In the books they were both Black Uruks, but in the movie, Gorbag is an Orc. The problem is that we're already a bit heavy on the Mordor heroes :thumbsupsmiley:

yeah, Mordor has enough hereos.
And let's think like that:
Every Orc"Hero" would be weaker than en elf
I don't think that Orcs have really great hereos^^

So just add them in as early game heroes? Equivalent to the Hobbit Heroes which the elves have? (but maybe slightly better)

That, or you could use this idea I just had:
Age of the Orc. Once purchased, this power will summon many (six) Hordes of Orcs, four Catapults, and several minor Orc heroes. They are uncontrollable by the any players, and will attack the nearest enemy Fortress until either it or they is destroyed.
Would be a very very high tier power, possibly replacing Summon Balrog (if Mordor still has it - I don't know anything 'bout BFME2 ). However, it'd still be really overpowered, but meh.
Cheers,
-mike

Mordor Orc Heroes (Gothmog and Shagrat) are primarily meant to make their units (orcs and Uruks) stronger with Leadership. As stand alone units they need to get their Rage ability. It's pretty devastating on normal units

We're aiming to keep all summons down, and adding "real" spells (magic).

Great Mod I really enjoy it!! I can't wait to see what can be done to improve the campaign. But back to topic. I been wanting this for a while now. Is there anyway like we can make the Gorgoroth Spire be like a scouting tool? It is Meant for the eye to see all.. so I was thinking we can make it so like you can use the eye to scout for a while or something? What do you guys think?

By the way, tremendoes job on the mod S.E.E. Team!

Guys, i've got a suggestion about Witch-King... Again)))
I think his power "Witchking's flaming sword" Must just put near enemies in fire, without a shock wave. What do you think?
And if you can, tell me, please: how can I change the names of heroes? I really need it!!!!!
