Looking at Amdir, I've been thinking that the model/unit could be the lorien spearmen instead of just Amdir. Then I made a few small adjustment for Amdir (Changed out the head )

So here is the new Amdir Model, more hero-like (let me know which you like better for Amdir):





Also, Oropher is now in game as well for the Last Alliance Battle. From WoA, skin by Eldarion, adjusted, re-mapped, etc. by me:



So enjoy. Trying to get through the models for the campaign. REALLY IMPORTANT - We are working on the scripts for the units and the campaign. As we have some done we will be looking for voices for the units. So watch in the coming weeks (maybe even after the next version is out) for a topic on looking for voices. Also, remember there will be a WB version of the mod as always, so all the new units, regardless of use in factions, are available.

Well, here is a short video for another model/unit in the game. It'll be used in the campaign and/or maybe part of the summon. Still have more work for the locomotor and other areas, but thought I'd show it off. I'll post some large pics of the unit another day.

Dang rob, that was fast I'd suggest some more definition on his face, though I'm not sure how much you can do with him being clear. Out of curiosity, what model did you decide to use? Anims look like aragorns...

that Amadir loooks cool, a spear hero, thats something unique.

for the King of the death - he had mace or flial in the movie, and " bone " armor, with loong coat.
hmm and he should get something like death aura, that " chills " surounding enemy ( karsh like power )

That's just the plain model. I've not added any of the FX, powers, etc. that will all to the aura of the unit.

Great job on the Amdir Model and King of the Dead had quite a large sword its pretty hard to miss out on that.

Actually, his sword was more sabrelike - thinner and shorter than the broadsword used on the current model.

I like the 2nd skin of Amdir WAAAAY better... But maybe some sort of headdress like thing like Gil-Galad? I know the Teleri and their offshoots (Sindar, Silvan, Nandor, etc.) weren't as into jewels and gold as much as the Noldor and probably the Vanyar, but... Anyways... What crosssed my face when I saw Amdir's weapon was ,"Oh, good, nonexistant lord!" To be honest, I like the idea but just maybe shrink the less used part of the blade on the umm... I forgot the name of that type of weapon... Its not that bad really but... It just seems waaay too guerillaish for me...
