well, this is my tag: TeamDelays=40,500,90, i never understod what this tag mean, I read deezire guide but still didnt get it, if I decrease tag, will they attack more often or less?

It is delay between how often AI will create teams. Likely presented in frames and values are for Brutal,Medium,Easy computer players respectively contratory to what WW comments say, just like Mig stated it above.

So yes, decreasing the values will result in AI creating teams more often, supposedly attacking with higher frequency.

The first round of testing will be done by experienced modders to help me with bug hunting etc, once things are more stable fans will be invited to test the beta.

I'm close to a private beta, there are only a few vxl/shp left but a lot of bugs & balance issues to resolve before it goes public.
