That's more like it. :crazed: On a grammatical note, though, are you familiar with the proper distinctions to make between full stops and commas? In your post there seem to be several places where a full stop should be, but you have put in a comma, making huge long sentences that should, at worst, be punctuated by semicolons, and really by full stops. I've noticed this trait in your other posts as well.

Double post, but who cares, this is my RPG. Anyway, hopefully I'll be able to get this rolling again in a few days, but right now I've got deadlines to meet. Irritating, but I'm nearly done now. Anyway, be prepared to post again. I don't like it when nothing happens for ages at a time.

I was half expecting someone to come help me out. I'd say that getting ambushed while we're all separate isn't good for the RP, but that's just me.

As an addendum to Athos's last post, I'd like to clarify: the strong wind and fast current I mentioned mean that you guys aren't coming back for Theria and Bazric, however much planning you do. More on this story later.

In answer to SWG's question in his last post, you guys need to be heading down on to the Maughold. I will be intervening soon, but for the moment I would appreciate you fellows being on your way to the fortress to track down Vayu. If you like you can skip ahead a couple of weeks and just be there, unless you want something inconsequential but potentially awesome to happen on the way. I leave it up to you guys.

On a related note, it should be pointed out that Vayu knows who we are, but does not feel he needs to enlist the help of the Palatinate to defeat us. He is, however, very much enlisting their help to fight the gnomes, who are still vying for control of the Maughold. If Ravnin ever comes back he can do his thing there, but if he doesn't, then somebody else can, but please try to do him justice.

The Paladins are back repopulating the Maughold, yes. The current situation involves a guerrilla war between Paladins and gnomes, but with the ever-increasing numbers of returning Paladins and those that Winter Vayu is bringing in anew, the gnomes are not winning. But they're still there, and will happily accept your help in bringing down their enemy.

Imagine two rival gangs. There's no open battle in the streets, but a lot of kicking and punching and sneaky killing in back alleys.

I mentioned about potentially forging alliances in the little PS at the end of my post in the storyline, and you should give that some thought. Who can you guys find to ally with? Gnomes, of course, but who else is there? Be creative. :p Creative but canon. No dragons or gods or crazy shit-monsters. But basically, the Maughold is as much a macrocosm of Arsencia as a whole as Anharad is. Every race is represented there, and not only the ones the Paladins approve of.

Astariel is going to have to do some quick talking if she doesn't want to be shanked in the street by fanatical gnomes... :p

Well, she's not a Paladin any more, is she? She should be OK. Also, she's keeping company with a gnome who is rather high-ranking within the organisation, so again, should be OK.

Also, post! It's all very well saying what you'll do, but you actually need to do it at some stage. I've given you your mission, so go be heroes.

No, seriously, I've got to think about how Varin is going to find out that he has to go to Maughold...

News, folks. Our numbers are dwindling. I've just had word from Ravnin that he will no longer be around, which is a crying shame. As I count it, that brings us down to five. And Dark Warden, but he's only just started and isn't here right now.

I have a request for any of you who are involved here. If you have any friends who you think might be interested, please get them to join up. Pressure them, slap them, bribe them, offer them drugs and sexual favours, but we need new blood. We be stricken, fellows. I will back you up in court if you want to kidnap people and lock them in your basement while you force them to surf Revora for hours at a time.

Sorry Copa, Theria just has a lot of interested parties. I'm sure Tom will get over it, if he even finds out. Who knows what the future will hold?

Also, I'm pretty sure Theria and Tom are in different area codes at the moment, so it doesn't count as cheating.
