My father is trying to press charges against me because he tried to attack me with a knife but I slammed him into a wall and broke one of his ribs... He'll never succeed; there is a security camera that shows that it was in self defense. If anyone should be pressing charges, it should be me. Once I'm found not guilty, I'll press charges against him. Anyways, my violin bow can't be repaired, I just found out... and our insurance only covers half of it, and the $2.5k we get will be going to my mom's attorney and food. And Vort, you don't want to know how much the violin is worth... It's probably worth more than your house, assuming you're middle-class .

The fact is, he has a expensive violin (with a broken bow), and his family is not in a good financial position at all. On top of that, his DAD is pressing CHARGES against him after trying to KNIFE him.
