yes it runs normally and all i had was contra 006. and yeah im pretty sure its 1.04. do i delete the INI file then?Does ZH run normally? What mods did you have (before your uninstallation)? Do you have ZH 1.04?whenever i start contra 007 i get a pop up that says technical difficulties. ive uninstalled all other mods and changed compatibility and downloaded the fixed launcher. still nothing. please help
Sometimes, a single stranded INI file in side Data\INI could cause error to Contra.

That's usually a problem with your hardware or its driver somehow.my ZH crashes visually. after a minute of 4 the ground turns black the contol bar becomes a random streched skin and the water becomes a patters of all the unit icons.

If everything works fine in the beginning and becomes glitchy later then it can be only one reason. Video card overheating. Disassemble your computer and see what happened. Radiator can be clogged with dust, which don't allow air to pass. Or cooler is broken and does not rotate.my ZH crashes visually. after a minute of 4 the ground turns black the contol bar becomes a random streched skin and the water becomes a patters of all the unit icons.
PS: I had similar problem in the past. Computer was frozen in 5 minuted of playing any game. It was because of clogged video card radiator. Vacuum cleaner solved the problem very quickly.

When uninstalled the Zero Hour game works fine. Any idea what might cause this? I'm unable to install the 1.04 patch cos I'm running a later version. I'll uninstall/reinstall as a last resort but I'm hoping I can get some help here first.

I'm getting the Serious Error message on startup. I'm using Contra 007 on a normal copy of Zero Hour. I previously had the mod working with the TFD version, but this standalone version isn't running it. I'm using the 1.06 patch on the game. It's running in compatability mode.

I didnt think there was such a thing as patch 1.06..... reinstall generals.

"Reason Error parsing INI file 'Data\INI\Object\mines.ini' (Line: Object EMPMineEffectSpheroid)"
Can anyone make heads or tails of that?

Can you describe the situation that the error happen?I checked my ReleaseCrashInfo document. It gave me this:
"Reason Error parsing INI file 'Data\INI\Object\mines.ini' (Line: Object EMPMineEffectSpheroid)"
Can anyone make heads or tails of that?
You might also need to check Data\INI folder within Zero Hour folder to be sure that there is no other INI file is in there.
