C:\Documents and Settings\(Your user name)\Application Data\My Battle for Middle-earth Files
C should be whatever drive you installed bfme to, usually C though.

got a question: if i install the game in another drive, which doesn't have OS installed ( i have OS in C:\ and game in E:\), if i make an Documents and settings\AppData\My Bfme files, Would it work like in C:\?

I think your "My Battle for Middle-earth files" folder will be automatically created in the drive that you've installed your OS in (C:/). And i don't think creating your own folder in another drive will work, unless there's a way to specifiy a location during the vanilla installer (which i don't think there was). Can't hurt to try though
Any particular reason you wanted to install your game files on another drive? I find it's pretty convenient just to create a shortcut to the folder in My Documents somewhere, so i don't have to fiddle around with hidden files all the time
