This is from The One Ring:
Remember that all worlds draw to an end and that noble death is a treasure which no one is too poor to buy. - C.S. Lewis
There will come a time when you believe everything is finished. That will be the beginning. - Louis L'Amour
What will matter then will be people. If relationships will matter most then, shouldn't they matter most now? - Max Lucado

I did not realize Dr. Seuss was part of the design team.

He is way too skinny.
The more I hear of the next movie the less I want to see it there's more that breaks the lore than stays to it.

Where was that quote that said that Beorn was obese and had thin eyebrows?

I didn't say he had to be fat but he is supposed to be a bear of a man, this guy is so skinny for a bear of a man.
Big and burly like an old school prowrestler.
I thought of the perfect wrestler example.
Mike Knox.

As a LEGO man this is how I imagined him. ;p

That's because the Lego is based off the films.
.
"He is a skin-changer. He changes his skin; sometimes he is a huge black bear, sometimes he is a great strong black-haired man with huge arms and a great beard. I cannot tell you much more, though that ought to be enough. Some say that he is a bear descended from the great and ancient bears of the mountains that lived there before the giants came. Others say that he is a man descended from the first men who lived before Smaug or the other dragons came into this part of the world, and before the goblins came into the hills out of the North. I cannot say, though I fancy the last is the true tale. He is not the sort of person to ask questions of. "
PJ's Beorn has nothing of that description. Hence the hate.

It's been out on iTunes for over a week. The appendices are pretty fun. The EE itself isn't that spectacular.
