Oh, also two new ideas. Sorta

 

Leviathan Carrier, USA sort of unique sea unit. (( I was lazy and did not have the best idea for this one, but it would be cool in general if sub faction could have unique UAVs in their carriers. Maybe not in look but in armament you could add some effects maybe.  ))
Cost: $2200
Speed: 3.5
Hitpoints: 1000
Armor Class: Heavy
Prerequisite: Allied Naval Shipyard, Tech Center
Purpose: Siege, Precision Strikes
Weapons: Raptor UAVs (x4)
Range: 23
The Leviathan Carrier is much the same as the Normal allied aircraft carrier ((In fact it is the same basic design on the outside just refitted to the new UAV)), however the United States of America. Has always prided itself on fast precision airstrikes while the Hornet UAV proved effective America created a new larger UAV the Raptor capable of delivering their payload over huge distances with deadly accuracy just like it’s predecessor, yet with more accuracy due to its laser guidance system and like damage due to the extra sonic charge((Goes off like a bass wave hit)). It is also faster than its predecessor due to new engines, but us sadly frail. Like the old carrier it has a minimum range.
Leviathan Carrier Additional Information:
Cannot be hijacked.
Driver cannot be killed.
Automatically repairs itself.
Raptor: Speed: 27 (jet), Hit points: 65, Armor Class: Light Aircraft
 

Barracuda Attack Boat- Scorpion Cell attack boat. I love boats. :)
Cost: $550
Speed: 10
Hitpoints: 175
Armor Class: Medium
Prerequisite: Epsilon Naval Shipyard
Purpose: Naval Engagement
Weapons: ARO Launcher modified
Range: 7 / 9 (anti-air)
The Barracuda Attack Boat is a small and very fast boat, designed as a general purpose combat vessel, much like the Piranha.  Cheap and very lightly armored ((as if the piranha was not already)) The Barracuda was designed to take the scorpion cells idea of numbers to the next level.   Why create a sub that needs expensive systems to keep it below the waves even if its counterpart the piranha did not go that deep. When one can go to a cheaper surface craft, mount the same ARO Launcher on thus same damage less price and by skipping armor the Scorpion cell has created the speeder trike of the sea, thusly the fastest thing on the waves.
Additional Information:
Cannot be hijacked.
Driver cannot be killed.
Can detect cloaked and submerged units (sensors range: 9).
 

The Barracuda Gunboat had already used by the Project Phantom mod as a Allied T1 light attack ship.

Why don't browse the campaign only stuffs (battleship, sniper, soviet hospital, ICBM truck) in the official page ???

Hmm, I forgot the allies have a bomber named barracuda.. Well it is just a name... should have named it the Barb. Yeah the carrier would be the same. My idea is maybe having different UAVs for nations. For the Carrier, I did make it the same. :p  Just with a new UAV...I was trying to think of good ways to make it different different. yet It is really fine as it is.  So I put the leviathan in there to just show that the ship would not really have to change instead of explaining it...but in hindsight might just have been a good idea to put the UAV.As for the name, I just was trying to think of a fun name, hehe.

The gunboat idea. I never knew about project phantom till now tis news to me, Sorry for using the name, but my idea was certainly not the same.

 

I'm just making these up for fun and of course with the want that it will make people think maybe my idea has something they have not thought of and why it will not work in the way I thought might work in another way also with the minor hope somebody will think something I put down sounds cool. Anyhow, More ideas to come. Best to keep going I'll come up with something cool I'm sure :)

Ersh Attack Sub- An idea for the Latin confederation
Cost: $1000
Speed: 4
Hit points: 700
Armor Class: Heavy
Prerequisite: Soviet Naval Shipyard
Purpose: Naval Engagement, Ambush
Weapons: Pike Torpedo/ "light" Mortar
Range: 7.5/ 10
Starting in the 60’s the age of nuclear power subs was well and truly underway. Diesel was dead, but in the Soviet Union many diesel vessels remained in service for a bit of time till they could be passed off onto their satellite nations. ((Though of course in our real world the Soviet Union slowly produced diesel subs till the late 80’s But with their first nuclear sub in the mid 50’s most subs became powered by nuclear fuel.))   Latin America being one of these places, they took up use of the Ersch a very sturdy craft. The older design diesel sub fires large high powered torpedoes one at a time, unlike the salvos released by the typhoon. The Ersh although slower the typhoon is shorter and can turn maneuver faster because of it. Like many ships of the past it has a gun mounted on the deck, the Ersh has a small mortar to give light support in naval landings. This weapon too light to damage ships was mostly an anti-infantry (though it can do some damage to the weak top armor of tanks)) device to protect from boarding should the captain wish to surface and take a prize like the pirates of old.

Qin Battleship
Cost: $2200
Speed: 4
Hitpoints: 1200
Armor Class: Heavy
Prerequisite: Soviet Naval Shipyard, Soviet Lab
Purpose: Siege
Weapon: 'Sun Tzu' Atomic Bomb launcher
Range: 20
The Qin Battleship is armed with 'Sun Tzu' A massive mortar designer to fling the Han type Atomic Bomb. Using a plate at the bottom of the 'Sun Tzu' mortars barrel the pressure caused by the charge under it launches the bomb up into the air in a majestic arc. While the bomb is vulnerable in transit the effect on detonation is quite effective, being timed to airburst.  The Han type atomic bomb releases not only radiation but a limited EMP effect.  Heavier in design to protect its nuclear cargo the Qin Battleship is surprisingly fast matching the soviet dreadnaught.
Additional Information:
Minimum Range: 6
Cannot be hijacked.
Driver cannot be killed.
Automatically repairs itself.
Immune to radiation.
Projectile can be shot down with AA weapons.
Projectile creates radiation and an EMP effect for a short time.
Can detect cloaked and submerged units (sensors range: 7).
Explodes when killed.

With the above two I thought I was done with ships, but here is one last one for a while. I'm going to play with other ideas.

 

Falange Destroyer – idea for a Latin confederation Seawolf equivalent.

Cost: $1000

Speed: 6

Hit points: 550

Armor Class: Medium

Prerequisite: Soviet Naval Shipyard, Radar Tower

Purpose: Assault, Anti-Aircraft

Weapon: 8x 2cm AA Cannons

Range: 6 / 10

During the previous war Latin America was not solidly in the communist camp, featuring a few fascist states and militarists states, these nations have fallen to the proletariat and some of their equipment has been designated to security. The Falange or phalanx was once the pinnacle of anti-air defenses. More closely related to the allied destroyer of the first great “patriotic” war then to the new Soviet Seawolf.  The Falange is armed with the old allied AA gun of the Second World War and in bulk. The slightly lighter 2cm guns have a unique mount allowing them to target ships as well as air.  Instead of using the normal flak type shell the Falange uses solid ammo using volume of fire to takedown aircraft as its 2cm Cannons fire a bit faster than the 23mm Flak Cannons.

H-72 “Fledermaus” – EA unit, replaces the Barracuda. ((Fledermaus is such a cute name :) ))
Cost: $2000
Speed: 20 (jet)
Hit points: 200
Armor Class: Medium Air
Prerequisite: Allied Air force Command, Tech Center
Purpose: Anti-Structure
Weapons: Comet Prism Refractors (x2)
Range: 10
The H-72 made in Germany as an air superiority aircraft, high command took this small quick flying wing fighter and turned it into a “bomber”. Replacing the fighter to fighter weapons in the wings with Comet Prism weapons, gave it great range in its re-purposed role. While the damage is not as great as the allied Barracuda this flying wing is faster and much better at hitting the enemy the getting out.  To get this speed the armor has been sacrificed.  While initially the light craft was unpopular it became affectionately known as the “Fledermaus” due to its bat like shape.

Can I play as an observer, watching two AIs attacking each other in skirmish mode ???

 

Also, will MO3.0 experience lag when playing ??? (just like what i saw in the Pre-release streams)

That was caused by connection quality of at least one of the players, it's not related to the game.

You will experience severe lag when playing if your PC or connection is shitty. :p

There is currently no observer mode in skirmish mode. There are testers who could watch purely AI vs AI battles, but this is only by modifying the files and giving said player an invulnerable structure. A non-modding solution is not available yet.

 

Lag in any game is decided by your computer's processing speed and (when online) connection speed. I may be quite a lagger during streams, but offline, things are pretty smooth.

Why do you want to watch 2 AIs killing each other? Imo that is boring :p

You won't be able to learn much from the AIs :p The only thing you can learn is sending a couple of light armored siege units to their doom. :p

Now I had found that Als, especially Allies will be doomed if their building site is small and narrow, they don't know how to use space wisely.
