Indeed, Azog is awesome, shadow is necessary under the neck as Irene said, but the Warg is just a thorn in the eye in my opinion . He looks too much like a sad dog right now, he should look meaner and indeed fully white, like Thorongil said.

In the movie the wolf had some Paint markers on it, blue I guess it was, Pretty sure the eyes were Yellow and it looked a lot more angry.. Perhaps you could reform the shape of the head a bit?

Also, you might want snarling facial features, shadowing beneath limbs and fur folds, and general facial definition.

The forehead is too big and the ears are too big\tall. If you look at this picture you'll see that the warg is more demon than dog.
