The first head mesh looked just like Gimli,but the second one,looks like he is extremely sad,maybe when he said he needs two orc necks and his mood will be better at Hornburg :)

I would maybe make his hands a little bigger. Other than that, the model is amazing.

It's not perfect model. But i need more practice to improve my skill. Next stage - create low poly model and start texturing it using AO and cavity maps from hi-poly.ytDwzMCWDDY.jpg

Well as you said 'it's not perfect' but it's amazing! :D
I would paint it,export it and convert it into a .nif for skyrim,and then do the Topology thing and export it and convert it into a .w3d for Bfme.

It's very simple to texture a model using AO and cavity maps. Here is my fast texture, about 10 min.

Seems rather a lot of effort for a shield for BFME. If it's jut for BFME that is.
