It's not perfect model. But i need more practice to improve my skill. Next stage - create low poly model and start texturing it using AO and cavity maps from hi-poly.

Seems rather a lot of effort for a shield for BFME. If it's jut for BFME that is.

I know. Making of simple models - best way to improve my skill.

Particularly the fact that you have manually embossed portions that end up being completely invisible once the texture is applied.

I know about that. It was only a test texture. I'm trying to understand how to work with zbrush and xnormals.

Working on Faraam armor set.

Here is hi-poly model made in 3d max.
My aim is to make low poly model (2000-2500 poly) with diffuse, normal and specular map.

Nice start!
I never played Dark Souls,but that armor looks amazing! :D
If you finish it add it to Tactics as an Easter Egg,or like some fictional Black Numenorean unit/hero ;)

Ruudy, looks good, but you should adjust the angle of the "tusks" backwards a bit.

That signature, which is just a ripped logo from a new game, is hurting my eyes Thrandy, and it's kind of stealing attention from all topics where you post. Why are you using it? It's about twice the size of what we usually call really big.
