It is in YR. You get an additional lump sum of credits as a bonus for being the first player to capture the Derrick.

Unshakable's Psychic Sensor is not a Psychic Sensor!
Eg. it has no psychic detection, it doesn't show you where the enemy goes.

The only situations where you can build stuff with the Stalin's Fist are on Epsilon's Mission 3 and on Epsilon's Co-op 02 AFAIK.
You forgot about Soviet Mission 09: "Road to Nowhere". That one with the Topol-M launchers that you have to guard? Yeah, you use a Stalin's Fist in it.

The gates animation is bugged, At least on the Epsilon gates, when it's open it dissapears completely, like you sold it. I think it works fine with Soviet gates, can't remeber Allied ones.

That was intentional. They're lasers. They disappear completely when they're gone.

Installed everything correctly(I think). But when I start the game using the MOLauncher I hear the background music and can click the menu buttons but the whole screen is black besides the cursor. I am using Windows 8.1 =/ I have also tried compatibility settings.

Elite Archer's AA projectile has a rather low velocity, maybe its projectile is missing a proper acceleration tag or value.

By the way another bug. I reported this on your Facebook fanpage, but I doubt it was not you who replied and was just an admin.
The bug is : When I force overrun the fences which is placed at the very end of straight cliffs using tanks (I was planning to put defenses there), the tank gets stuck there.
The tank will not even move or turn around. It's COMPLETELY STUCK. Here's a pic for what I mean:
