You have to tech up fast, do not let him spam Cruisers or wolfies(he can only chose to spam one type) so it will be pretty much Cruiser spam + some wolfies support or Wolfies spam + some Cruisers(due to $$$, yeah I don't play with 50k here, only 10k).
Smokes don't damage anything but they give a considerable nerf to units in a large area to make them easier to kill.
 
Make good use of Morales MiG strike as he can take out some important things in just one shot. Make use of the Repair drones as they are very useful(or Rejuvenators if there are any Labs)
Zubr + Bomb buggy makes a good deal too, scout the waters and see if he builds navy, if he does just go trough the other side(easier to do vs allies because you can see the Destroyers).
Something really annoying is the Bunker + Paradrop combo(on miners or outside WF), just order paradrops and when the plane is dropping them spawn the bunker.

Wow, you put some time in giving tips to me. Thanks. The only issue left is money. I usually star with dogs and engineers for scouting and derricks and other stuff. I use basic infantry only on urban maps for garrising buildings to prevent the enemy doing that. Then comes refinery and factory. I build two miners and maybe some halftracks and and Jaguars. After the radar it becomes tricky. I often build a buggy, borillo and some t2 infantry. But I always seem to struggle between chosing to build a second refinery or the lab right away? But much of this depends on the enemy. BTW those borillos , infantry and buggies are for my harassments. I love to use them to rush into the enemy and set the base ablaze. Usually I let them all die.

I don't know what is planned with this gamemode, but unless people will choose to will as random side, the luck factor doesn't really apply here, since some have it easier than others, while two sides will be absolutely avoided.

Some gamemodes aren't developed to be balanced but they can be fun. After all it is fun and ppl enjoy it.

Luckily for me, this post wasn't what made Speeder think of removing it, even if it looks like it. :p
And i didn't want Scavengers removed, even if it's imba (i would just avoid it).

I think the problem with Scavengers was that it is really based on the luck. Like while one player can get 2 Centurions in a row in early game the other player can get only basic stuff.

 

Also as I've heard Soviets can make Repair Drones easily buildable, which is a big advantage against other sides. Also the Soviet Industrial Plant and the Allied Ore Purifier are good, but Epsilon Cloning Vats doesn't have big use in this gamemode.

That's just like a normal battle mode with crates on.

 

If your opponent gets something like a Prism tank or Nuwa cannon, you're finished.

It's a bit different though. Scavenger crates have increased probability that it might contain a special unit. While in normal battle you can get several things and the probability is even lower.

AFAIK you don´t get Repair Drones after grinding them.

Then perhaps that was disabled for them. Didn't check Repair Drones now, tbh, it was from some Scavengers game before public beta, and since other stuff was buildable after grinding, i assumed Repair Drones still are.

And some feedback i wanted to post for some time already (the Libra Clone thing for over a month already). Maybe i should have posted it in the suggestion thread, but whatever.

Humvees could use some sensors, else they don't provide much contribution in the field.(2-slots-infantry carrier? seriously lol)

Mev has a point on all those.  The only thing I'm looking at more of is that I believe pressing G on your allied/Epsilon repair units may make it act like a repair drone that automatically repairs nearby damaged units.  

 

And I'm aware of USA having literally nothing to stop Nuwa spam if it happens.  All it takes is for the China player to set up good defenses (EMP mines for example, but I don't see many players besides me use those) long enough til the Nuwas come around, meaning that if USA doesn't rush and keep up the pressure to stop them from either getting to T3, or cripple their econ, the USA player is done for.

But you have to press G each time after they stop moving (better to keep them constantly on move). Even if you press G, there is a short delay between the command and units entering guard mode. Perhaps Archon might be able to survive that delay, but i don't think that Stryker, Tsurugi and Stinger will once Chitzkoi gets in them (didn't in my case :p ).

In Scavengers you can't build armored units a.k.a tanks. You have to find them in crates and then you should send them to the CY in order to acquire the technology of the unit.

About Scavenger, China has EMP Pulse which is quite useful since everyone spam tanks.

Since Humvee is becoming a T3 unit(bloodhound upgrade moved to T3), giving 1 extra doesn't really change the fact that Humvee is still crappy.

    How bout keeping the same quantity and install perhaps some of these upgrades for it instead:

 

    1. Add sensor (Match the role with robo tank).

    2. Add healing ring of Drakuv (Good Synergy with airborne, make it faster healing with lesser amount to keep the overall heal/sec rate

        the same,maybe)

    3. Passenger slots become Opentopped (Squishy Humvee with kiting maneuverability)

    4. Add HP (No-brainer yet vital, not much is needed perhaps +20~30)
