1): I should have said the Americas, my mistake. And you got me, they indeed named their vehicles after creatures not native to Europe. But they were translated to English characters from German though.
Qilin, Borillo etc are translated to English characters while retaining their pronunciation right? But then there are also completely English names as well.. Are we supposed to be seeing what Western English speakers in-lore identify or something? I feel like players weren't really expected to look too much into it.
There's kind of a lack of consistency looking from a broad view, its probably been mentioned though.
2): Just confirming.
3): 'Too fast and too weak' NOT IN BR2 ARGHGUGGH (but I won't beat a dead horse with this topic[but srsly speeder a couple of patches wouldn't have hurt about 2 years ago])
Can I request a video to see the Armadillo in action?
P.S thanks for answering my questions with humility and tact.

Right now China is the only subfaction (including all Foehn ones) which has no artillery weapon except for the limited Centurion & Wallbuster support power.
Considering the advanced defensive options Foehn has, it was neccessary to give them an additional buff for breaking through enemy defense lines.
Borillo has been nerfed, so Armadillo is not equal to 2x of firepower & strength of the BR1 Borillo but less than that.

what is this wallbuster support power you speak of?

A missile designed to deal massive damage to defense structures. Another of China's way to deal with turtled enemies.

So I have no idea if anybody's brought this up yet, but is there any chance the Mercury Uplink will be buffed? IMO, even with the Target Painter, it leaves a little do be desired compared to other support powers like the Force Shield, Molebomb, etc.

Both Mercury and Target Painter will be getting changes in next release. From my experience they are quite good.

I think I saw Abrams automatically charging the mercury from the Chronosphere spotlight. That is actually insanely effective against structures if I think about it... Hopefully, at the very least the charging process will get terminated if the Abrams that was triggering it got killed.
And I think they also lose their dual anti-infantry lasers. :(

That was not Abrams doing that. Threre were also other units chronoshifted. Like new USA long range bombardment unit

Yeah I was wondering about that. Does America have something like the RA3 Athena instead of the Basswave now? Since Foehn/some side basically has the Disruptor Tank, I heard

Yeah, on closer look, those new vehicles had a "mini-target" "muzzlefire" when attacking, and then the Mercury strikes happened.

Aaaah yeah now I see there's somekind of unit similar to basswave but smaller/shorter beside the Abrams
I wonder if the tracking will home-in on moving targets...

It should since its basically Gatling Logic with the Final Stage being the Satelite Strike and the other Weapon being the Targeting.
