Basically Allied forces has no faction-exclusive units except for the three heroes. At least PF would stand to gain from its cryo-rocketeers.

Thor is right, but Mercury sucks hard against anything that isn't a civilian building or infantry. Chinese tanks anyone?
Zephyr Beacon is acceptable to a degree.

Mercury wasn't designed for anti-structure purposes. It is decent against infantry and light-armored vehicles. If you guys wouldn't play with almost the same faction all the time then you'd realize how efficient the Mercury can be.

Well, sure it's not useless at all. But at the time where people steamroll with tons of heavy armors and not building a single infantry, it certainly is.
And unlike other faction's specific unit, it need cash to use.

But not that much money. It can still damage heavy armored forces and every damage is vital.

Cryo Cadre
Cost: $650
Speed: 5.5
Hitpoints 115
Armor Class: Plate
Prerequisite: Allied Barracks, Air Force Command HQ
Purpose: Anti Structure, Anti Vehicle, Infantry Support
Weapon: Cryo Rifle MK II A.S
This unit replaces the Siege Cadre for Pacific Front
As the success of the siege cadre in destroying buildings seems highly apparent, the Pacific Front took it a step further. By replacing the prism rifle with a specialized cryo rifle, the Cryo Cadre can literally freeze the foundations of buildings to the point of collapse as well as freeze the armor of vehicles, slowing them while causing their armor to be a fragile as glass. But there are some drawbacks to the Cryo Cadre. Due to the bulkiness of the cryo rifle, the mobility of the Cryo Cadre is quite sluggish at the least, as well as being slower to fire than the Siege Cadre's comet prism rifle. But the upside is that infantry can be incapacitated with one or two hits with the cryo rifle, for a blast can cause a person to go into a frozen hibernation, either to be captured or shot to bits with no resistance, your choice.

There is a secret infantry called Cryo Commando, which uses that cryo gun. The only difference that the Cryo Commando can teleport like the Chrono Legionnaire does.

IMO there's no need to replace the rocketeers or seal. Just give the rocketeers a pair of missile launchers to attack vehicles and aircrafts and it's done.
Or at least, make it exclusive to Pacific Front.
As for me, I think the USA is certainly isn't good enough in fighting enemy vehicles. It sure have devastating anti infantry firepower however.
How about a limit 1 anti armor and support unit?
Name: "Liberty's Last Stand" Command Vehicle.
This is a tank, it looks like a giant Abrams tank with a single big gun. Once deployed, an American flag will pop out on top of its turret.
The last effort of the American resistance forces. An iconic vehicle that represent the will of the American people, who sought to fight against the Soviets till the end. Nobody know when and how this vehicle was created, as all documents related to the thing have been destroyed during a brutal Soviet assault. There is only a single LSS unit in the entire North American continent, and it would only appears in the most dangerous and bloody battles. It's sight on the field means that the American troops fighting here might all die today, but as long as the vehicle is still functioning, there's still hope for a victory in the future.
Purpose: Anti-Armor, Support.
Cost: 2450.
Build Limit: 1
Speed: 3.5
Weapon: Either a heavy battle cannon or a particle cannon that is good against vehicles, moderate against infantry and useless against everything else. Have very slow firing rate and mid-size AOE.
Range: 9
Armor: Medium
HP: 1750
Ability aka Support power: When deployed, the LSS increases the attack range by 2.5 and firing rate by 40% of all units around it, while decreases speed up to 60%.?
Ability Range: 7
Immune to Radiation, Gas, EMP, Mind Control and Chaos.
I don't know if it's possible to make it that if you build the LSS, you can't build Mercury satelite and vice versa.
Many years before the end of the first Great War, US engineers were developing plans for a "super tank" capable of surpassing the Russian Mammoth Tank. When the Great War ended, the development stopped and was put into storage, with many high ranking generals thinking it was unnecessary and too expensive for such a thing. When the Soviets were invaded America, the "super tank" project was brought back. Unfortunately, the Soviets invaded at a fast pace, destroying the many resources to build the super tanks. Thus the developers were in a tight situation. Originally, it was supposed to look like an over-sized Abrams Tank that fired a modified round that was used in the howitzers during GW 1. After many coffee filled nights, the developers created a new definition of heavy assault. They decided to replace the giant cannon with a railgun that fires a "grand slam" round that can penetrate deeply into armor and explode, causing extreme, if not instantaneous, damage as well as area damage to unlucky nearby units. Due to resource constraints, the devs revamped the innerworks of the tank with modified technology used in the PA's Kappa Tanks, allowing the tank to take full advantage of the Backwarp, but still looking like the original design. Then they added speakers to the tank to increase the morale of the troops while in battle. Because only a few can be built, the devs and generals decided to give the code name "Liberty's Last Stand," to show that if the US is losing, they would always have a trump card in hand to even the odds to the side of freedom.

Epsilon Zilzal Tank (Soviet stolen tech for Epsilon)
Cost: $1900
HP: 775
Speed: 4
Armor: Medium
Prerequisite: Epsilon Barracks, Pandora Hub
Purpose: Support, Anti-Structure
Weapons: Small Seismic Piledriver, "Falchion" Drills
Range: 7
Yuri has a penchant for stealing tech from other factions. When he left the Soviet Union, he also took some plans meant for offensive seismic technology that uses the power of the earth itself to shake the very ground that their enemies stand on. Eventually, this was incorporated into Zilzal Tanks that drill into the ground to create localized tremors on the area around it to trap infantry and units. These tremors are capable of striking the foundations of buildings to eventually demolish them from below. It can even use drills to cut through enemies.
However, countless Epsilon proselytes are being reminded by their superiors that Zilzal Tanks will only activate their weapons when burrowed into the ground. Hence, a moving Zilzal Tank is considered a mere jest by its foes.
Has to be burrowed to attack.
It's first weapon can stun infantry and units for 2.5 seconds, and every 3 attacks, it summons 4 drills from below to deal damage to those enemies.

While it isn't a bad spam unit at all, generally just relying on it won't be enough to take on nasty stuffs like EMP Tesla Cruiser and Nuwa. Possibly due to lack of range.
Thor is a flying unit and Charon can instantly erase them, so EA have a better fighting chance just like PF with Battlefotress and Zephyrs.

Abramses are fast. You can use them to attack the base another way which may make the enemy retreat. Also Tesla Cruiser < Abrams Tank

Forgot to specify that it's no faction-exclusive infantry instead of units.
Soviet infantry: Mortar Quad for LC, Gyrocopter and Eradicator for China. No faction-exclusive infantry for Russia.
Epsilon infantry: Epsilon Elites for PsiCorps, Stalker for HQ. No faction-exclusive infantry for Scorpion Cell
Allied infantry: No faction-exclusive infantry for all three factions: USA, PF, EA

You got that right, but many love to see a diversity of units at their disposal, but not too much to the point of "holy s***, how am I supposed to chose from all of these." At least try to fill in the few theme gaps, such as Scottish guy in a PF unit (sorry if I reiterate this for the second time if it's annoying you) or having Navy Seals in both PF and EU (maybe a visual replacement for PF [sorry if I keep pushing for PF seal replacement with one of my own suggestions] and EU [S.A.S, etc.])

For a while SEALs were renamed to "Ghosts" but due to people complaining about the Ghost saying "SEAL Ready!" it was eventually returned to its original name. It would be redundant in some areas since all you'd get is a cosmetically different unit. For the Battle Fortress... Speeder's Excuse: They're being imported from Europe...
