No, it was removed because everyone kept calling them SEALs. I removed "SEAL Ready!" line.

Suggestion for a new hero. This can be acquired through infiltrating all 3 factions' Con Yard and Labs.
PSYTESCHRO COMMANDO
Cost : $3000
Hitpoints : (You people could decide. But for me maybe 400)
Speed : (teleport)
Armor Class : Plate
Prerequisite : Allied Barracks, Any Lab
Purpose : Siege, Anti-infantry, Anti-armor , Anti-air
Weapon : "Armageddon" Cannon
Range : (You peeps could decide)
This infantry becomes available after infiltration of ALL FACTIONS' CON YARD AND LABS
Rogue scientists from the 3 factions has allied to develop the most powerful infantry that could win each and every battle with its bare hands. Because of the technologies they have got from their former factions, they were able to combine Psychic, Tesla, and Chrono technology. With the weapon they so-called "Armageddon"
cannon as their product of labor, they were very happy that they could have liberation that they long wanted using this weapon. However, a traitor scientist has told the world powers about it and because of that they started a raid on the scientists' hideout. With the cannon destroyed, the scientists lose hope land later killed by the world powers. The traitor scientist has traded the world powers copies of the cannon in exchange to liberation and luxury. The world powers agreed with the deal and got the plans for the cannon. By infiltrating each factions' Con Yards and Labs, a commander can have access to the weapon, with an experienced super soldier carrying the weapon. With this commando on the battlefield, every enemy will KISS IT, BYE BYE!

Cyborg commando?
No, more like Super Soldier with a destructive cannon. Cyborg is different from a Super Soldier

I'd really like to be able to tweak the rules, but I can't get a substitute rulesmo.ini/rulemo1.ini to be accepted. As a suggestion I'd like to see user modding opened up.

I meant, there's already a Cyborg commando ingame that requires infiltration of 3 factions Tech Lab + Conyard.

Those soviet muthafucken wolfhound helis are bad ass fuckers.
Aside from using wolfhounds yourself, what does Russia have to counter to them?

All Russia has against generic air spam besides Wolfies are "Tsivils", but who actually uses more than 5 of them besides me? But thankfully Wolfies are getting nerfed in the next update, coupled with taking longer to tier rush if you're worried about it happening early.

When the battle lab is built, thus unlocking the EMP mines, a second version of the halftrack is made available to build. This halftrack is modified so that it can't carry passengers, but instead has an ammo counter that never replenishes.
When this halftrack is deployed, it uses the ammo to spawn EMP mines randomly in the area around it.
Whether it's worth implementing or not, it sounds like a cool idea.

1) I think that combined "Fortress" + "Meteor Shower" modes can be merged into something like "Last Stand" mode.
2) Fortress mode lacks 3 vs 5, 2 vs 6, 1 vs 7 maps.
3) "Oil Rush" mode - standart match without Refineries and Harvesters, players gather resources only through indestructable Oil Derricks of different strategic value (maybe small pump, moderate derrick and big oil factory).
4) "Tower Defense" mode - classic Tower Defense game with Red Alert 2 style: use heroes, defensive buildings and support powers to prevent your ConYard from destruction from waves of enemies. Play alone or with your friends.
5) Some units (like artillery) need special "Hold the position" command in order not to pursue any enemies.

THAT. I find it very annoying when Gehennas go full retard and start chasing the enemy aircraft.

I agree. Hailstorm and Zephyr chasing dogs is very annoying as well.
Then the player needs to pay attention to the situation. Difficulty can be increased by having the dogs run around aimlessly, making long range units attack them instead of high priority units.

The Pacific Front is an Allied subfaction mostly consisting of countries in the Pacific Ocean. This alliance is spearheaded by the Pacific powerhouses known as Japan and Korea. Many revere them for trying to fight back communist China; but the former is usually treated with the most suspicion of all the Pacific nations. They have a point, considering Japan's history.
Before Japan became a U.S.A. ally, the Japanese, led by Emperor Yoshiro and his son Prince Tatsu, mobilized a fearsome army, consisting of near-fanatical fighters, equally fearsome mecha and war machines that if left unchecked, will conquer most, if not all, of the world. However, before they were ultimately defeated by the combined forces of the Allies and Soviets. The Emperor was assassinated quickly and his son was also killed; the culprits are still unidentified until now. The remaining Japanese quickly issued a formal surrender when they heard the U.S. will chronoshift a hydrogen bomb to completely annihilate their nation.
One of the technologies used by the Imperial forces is the Tengu. Developed by the late commander The Tengu is a versatile mech that can transform at will: a land-based anti-infantry mecha, or a quick, but deadly aircraft-destroying air mode. Their kinetic autocannons can pierce through both metal and flesh alike. However, they are terribly outmatched by enemy armor, and must not be sent against them.

For example: 1. A faction that has no MCVs, just a Command Center. For extra build space and expansion, it can build Surveyors (the land expansion vehicle from TW) that deploy into an outpost with almost the build space of a ConYard.
2. Just like the No Bases mode, this time..............

Crawlers.
Like the Crawler system from game-that-must-not-be-named.) (Change the Crawler's name)
(A parody of G.t.m.n.b.m II)
First, it's categorized into three mini-crawlers (Offense, Defense, Support)
3. A build system like the one from Generals. (Needs Dozers to make buildings)

Flawless Unit to Unit Deploying isn't possible in Ares...yet.
Until it comes in it'd be very hard to do it. Land Tengu deploys into Aircraft Building ~~~ Aircraft Building undeploys into Aircraft Tengu ~~~ Aircraft Tengu deploys into Land Building ~~~ Land Building Undeploys into Land Tengu

Yoshiro, Tatsu and the Empire, still exist....somehow. In my headcanon, when Cherdenko was taken out of the time-stream, Japan never became the world power we know in RA3. Besides, the Empire in THIS timeline was taken down faster than the one from the other timeline. But that didn't stop them from planning an invasion, hence the Mecha Tengu plans... hence WWII in the game
