I just imagine the Battle Fortress is an Australian unit - since there are Scottish Australians (though whether or not they have a thick Scottish accent in real life, I don't know).

There are no Glaswegians in Australia. Which was the flak to many of us asking why is the Battle Fortress still "European" some of us even pitched the idea that the Battle Fortress get rerecorded lines from either Australian or Japanese...
There's also the Hailstorm & Blizzard Tank which i'd also like to mention as the Blizzard Tank is piloted by an Australian but is implied to be Japanese-Made while the Hailstorm which is Australian is piloted instead by a Japanese...

In this universe, Navy SEAL is a joint, multi-national commando training program, created by the US after repelling the old Soviet Invasion.
Because seriously, EA and PF won't get their own commando, no matter if they're completely different or just different names and gfx.

I think that you are a little bit exalted in the last few days.
And there were originally plans to rename the SEALs as "Ghosts", but the issue is that everyone still called them SEALs, so it was decided to keep the name.

Is it possible to give the rocket of the Scud Launcher a 'shrapnel' effect that when destroyed, it will damage anything below where the rocket was destroyed?

Possible suggestion, give hero units the ability to inspire units around them, like a moral boost, perhaps increasing their health and damage

That's a nice idea, but it has some problems. Every hero has different purpose and strategies so not every of them are used in the army, like Tanya, so the moral boost wouldn't have so big impact. For certain heroes that ability would be too much. Just imagine Malver's suppression field with the moral boost. The suppression can already make 5 Mantis Tanks stand against 5 Qilin Tanks, but with the moral boost I can't even imagine what the Scorpion Cell army would be capable of. With Perun's arrival all tesla weaponry will be more powerful. Now imagine this with moral boost: unstoppable Tesla Tanks.
I'm not saying that it is a terrible idea, but it can't be applied to every hero.

Epsilon could do with a moral boost though, evil bastards.

Epsilon is the one, who evidently doesn't need it. Rage Inductor will not kill infantries and will buff them.

Brutes with Rage Inductor
EDIT: Does it affect Libra?

Yes it does. The armor buff is removed from the Rage Inductor, but HQ still has Kinetic Shield.

So it only increases damage output?

Damage output and speed.

Imagine using Rage Inductor on Libra and Libra Clones, what's even more scarier is that the radius for the Epsilon support superweapon increased in BR2 so it affects a larger group of units. Good thing that Libra Clones are slightly more expensive, but still using a support superweapon that buffs damage output by 25% and speed by 50% on a hero that is already one of the fastest in the game and has a super potent attack thats anti-everything, along with a large group of her clones. That's definitely gonna ruin someone's day.

Just gotta hope you can deal as much as damage as what they would, with the Chronosphere or Iron Curtain. But yeah, as Libra is already slightly obnoxious in BR1, and is getting a buff in BR2, and then you combine that with the Rage Inductor and possibly Shadow Ring... That leaves you with one foul, vicious force to deal with.

Maybe it is possible that Libra will have ammo in the future, so she can't always fire.

Lost Colony was a gamemode for lunar maps. We should have lunar maps before attempting to make a gamemode from nothing.

Apparently the rules of Lost Colony can be recreated and applied on normal maps too, but it would be weird to see Cosmonauts fighting on Earth
