As for tutorials, who knows. Something like this was planned long time ago.

I am in support for tutorials. It's just, I have not settled myself to try building one. And you know me (if you don't, this is your chance ). I find beating Meteor Swarm AI easier than making a mission easy. D:
For now though, sandbox mode in skirmish is the newbie's best playground. And I do want to make it obvious when BR2 is out (or earlier).
Perhaps a full PDF manual is in order. Just a suggestion though.

For ACT II, what about adding something as a mission objective sort of like CABAL's cyborg plants in Firestorm? What I mean is, people unde rthe control of the psyhic amplifiers are picked out, those fit for being in Epilson's armies are taken to camps for permanent brainwashing (so they're not slaved to the amplifier/beacon and freed if it's destroyed or disabled). Maybe not even as an objective, but just a side thing to spice up the maps.

Made an account on these forums just to share this idea.
New gamemode where all players are on a team, and they get attacked by wave after wave of brutes. Air units are disabled.
There could be a few different kinds of them. As time goes on, the brutes gain more hp and such. Some brutes can be immune to radiation, some can be giant and do tons of damage, some can explode on death.
You guys should totally add it. The people from the community I play MO with like the idea.

Will the Epsilon Archer recieve death sounds? Apart from all Cyborg infantry not having death sounds(machines can't feel pain of course), it's pretty weird that the Archer is the only biological infantry to not have death sounds.

It does have a sound though tbh they could just use Malver's since Zenothist voiced them both. AFAIK right now they're still using their old placeholder voices (RA3 Flak Trooper)

Will there be a mission the involves yuri and libra in capturing a base by themselves.It would be both appropiately (ridicusly) difficulty and interesting

During ShadowE stream we discussed thing about espilon, cloning vats and brutes. Lan actually got a idea which might work. If its possible to decrase cost of units via Industrial plant, could it be possible to make cloning vats incerase cost of all infantry units beside Malver by 20% or more? It would make brute spamming a bit more harer imo.

I have a suggestion, but it will probably need some reworking.
Mercenary HQ
(Big heavy tech structure)
Mercenaries often decide to join in on war as soldiers of fortune. Many merc organizations operating in areas of conflict have shown interest in this world war, and some are willing to offer their service to any paying commander. Capturing a mercenary HQ gives you access to well-trained mercenaries (perhaps a mix of a SEAL and a grenade launcher?) and mercenary combat vehicles (I was thinking of a scout buggy-ish vehicles for recon). Don't rely on these mercs, however, as they are willing to fight for whoever pays them.
Mercenary
Cost: 700-1000$
Speed: 6
Hitpoints: 110
Armor Class: Flak
Pre: Barracks, Mercenary HQ
Purpose: Anti-Infantry, Anti-Armor
Equipment: Rifle which works like the MP5, grenade launcher
Range: 6, 8 (Grenade launcher)
Mercenaries are soldiers of fortune who operate across the globe. They often carry out the dirty work for major organizations, outgunned gangs and even the military in some cases. They are highly trained in combat and weaponry, and many are even better trained than soldiers of the allied forces. The mercs will work for anyone who is willing to give them their payday, and will do whatever they can to accomplish their mission (*cough cough* and get the money *cough*). Armed with assault rifles and grenade launchers, groups of mercenaries can easily take care of several enemy attack teams with no other help than their colleagues.
Optional detail: The grenade launcher could be used as a deployed weapon (Voltmortar style), giving the mercs a more defensive role in the field.

Proselytes, I have an idea about a few new subfactions.
Edited: Thanks to LewlNewb.
======
======North Korea (Soviet)======
Emphasis on Iron Curtain technology and nuclear usage. Units are more expensive, though.
Subfaction Features:
* Emphasis on Iron Curtain technology.
* Usage of improved nuclear technology.
* Usage of heaviest and slowest tanks.
* Exclusive access to Improved Nuke Silos.
* Very Economy Dependant.
* Expensive arsenal.
* Can construct 2 Industrial Plants at a time.
======Chaos Force (Epsilon)======
Uses chaos, poisonous gases and chemicals other than the 'green plagues' used by SC.
Features:
* Emphasis on chaos, gases and chemicals other than the 'green plagues' used by SC.
*Poor armor division.
*Cheaper units.

* Very Economy Dependent.

* Cannot construct Industrial Plants.
Isn't that China? (refer to the phrases that are in red color)
However, Iron Curtain tech specialization is the only way to go (needs 3.0 iterations of Iron Dragon)
Hindering this subfaction's ability to build Industrial Plants would lead players to stray away from this subfaction due to its expensive arsenal.

There is already already a subfaction for this. It is called Scorpion Cell.
Sorry but SC have them already.
Maybe something more chaotic for the subfaction you're suggesting? (Clue: Something from MO 3.0 BR1 Deviator)
Also, why you left the Allied Forces out? :(

1) I have no idea about new Allied Subfaction.
2) Scorpion Cell does not focus on chaos. But Chaos Force does.
3) Edited North Korea. Now can build 2 Industrial Plants at a time.
4) North Korea should have even more heavier arsenal than China.

Heavier arsenal than China + 2 Industrial Plants = A side which will always about tech rushing and then steamrolling the opponent. China can already spam cheaper Nuwa Cannons and I'd imagine what would happen if a heavier unit than Nuwa would receive 2x Industrial Plant price decrease.

A little suggestion to whoever made Tanya's animations.
Please explain what the heck she is doing in her cheer animation.
I am genuinely worried for the age rating MO would have.
