So.... it is after Killing Fields, when "one of this first" squads of initiates are deployed? I was lead to believe (partially by the paradrops) that the MCV being worked on and later secured in a bunker is the new one built to replace the one captured by the allies and destroyed in the singleplayer campaign. Rashidi says in Killing Field's victory report that Yuri "almost" has his MCV.

If that were the case then co-op mission 1 and co-op mission 2 have a really huge time gap which would be from during pre-war times when Allieds occupied Russia to Epsilon mission 9-10.

So? Television Lies is already about a decade prior to the rest of the campaign (Speeder said himself). Adding an extra half year or so isn't that huge a difference.

There's that, but mission wise  Epsilons co-op mission 2 starts right after last Allied mission Sunlight, that's really late in the war. If you read Epsilon mission 10 Focus Shift mission briefing, you'll know what I'm talking about.

Epsilon co-op 2 is Retaliation and it starts right after Epsilon mission 3 Scrapyard.

So.... the initiates are a mistake, then.

What do you guys think about of instead of the name "Shield Command" it could be "Defense Command" since it doesn't only provide the shield?
too generic of the suggested name?

Let's just settle everything by calling it "Support Weapon Building". It's gonna be quite a challenge convincing Speeder to change a name after deciding on one. You can still try though. :p

On second thought, I take back my words. Don't make a dozen attempts renaming something that has just been named. If we begin this tradition for no good reason, the devs can have their hands full just rewriting every instance where the name is mentioned (name stringtable, mission stringtable, all the related cameos, etc.)

There had better be a good reason why a name has to be changed. Strategy Center was renamed because the three of them become visibly different buildings in BR2.

It's about time we move on beyond a name. :p

Back to an old point, why FbqS56Z.jpg is still getting buffed? HP plus damage resistance while lifting = bit too much, IMO keeps only one of these two changes would be good.

PsiCorps is rather hero-centered. Mind control is rather unreliable. Most of PsiCorps' arsenal and support powers are well-suited to support Libra. She be the chibi Centurion of the PsiCorps.

But I guess I'll have to take some BR2 test matches to see if Libra is really too strong.

It isn't unreliable, it is very efficient in fact. Masterminds, which can control many units, Epsilon Elite is amphibious and it comes handy when it comes to naval warfare. So I can't agree with Mind Control being unreliable in the PsiCorps arsenal. :p

It being unreliable in the sense that against a good opponent, you seldom take the good stuff from the enemy. :p

Also, in the case of Masterminds: wild EMP appears....

You use Masterminds against China? :p (or use Elites against Scorpion Cell/US?)

Just get your hands on Cyborg Prototypes, they pwn everything on the ground. And can't be mind controlled.

If one uses mind-control units without escort then it shouldn't be a surprise that it is inefficient. :p Mind control allows the player to cause chaos among the enemy forces which can be handy. Magnetron can also assist the Masterminds, Elites.
