It's strange that the Allies and Einstein did not suspect the Soviets for Operation Archetype
Assuming Einstein is not a retard (and knows he changed time before), he would have SECRETLY build a SINGLE-USE Time Manchine and entrust it to Siegfried. The Apprentice would only use it WHEN EVERYTHING GOES TO HELL. It will send the ENTIRE Allied Faction back to the start of RA1/WW2!
I assume Siegfried would use the Time-Machine after Beautiful Mind (Only he knows of the Time-Machine) as the nuking of Chicago was a crippling blow to the US and Euro Alliance
From The Gardener briefing :
After the last war, Einstein came to the opinion that meddling with the forces of time and space was dangerous and unethical. Haunted by the ghosts of those who had perished in course of the experiment, Einstein decided before he died to encrypt nearly all the data to the project, and without a mind like his, the project would forever be on hold. But he and his friends knew the forces of freedom may have need of the Chronosphere again.
Also, just because he's competent, doesn't mean the Soviet General was completely pragmatic. Like it or not, everyone had their agenda, and they don't always align with what should've been done. These people are after all, still human. They have their own views, and sometimes, those views will clash with each others.
Allied and Soviet will NEVER help each others due to bad blood between them. Scorpion Cell would NEVER ally with the Allies or Soviet due to seeing them as foreign invaders. Chinese would NEVER help traitors such as Yunru. None of those scenarios would make sense so early in the story.
And again, Cloning Vats has a big moral implications regarding them, and so far only Russians and Latins were able to use them, until Yuri took the technology away and sealed them for good. I cannot see anyone, even Yunru, would use them if only for their utility. Besides, if Yuri could so easily sabotage the one in Spain, there's no telling what catastrophe would occur if he did it again.

That implies he knows how to do it. All data about psychic were lost after brain-reset. It also implies the Beacon was still standing there somehow. That, and it's too risky to use a tech from a traitor who might be able to just sabotage it.-Why didn't the Soviet Commander transfer the St. Louis Psychic Beacon to Stalington so it can protect his main base from mind control? Why didn't he used two Iron Curtains to protect the relocated Psychic Beacon?
You mean in Mission 13? He did get Allied units in Mission 14, if you try to go on the top and free them.-Why didn't the SC unofficialy made peace with the US Rebels once Yuri backstabbed the Soviets in Mission 12?
Tech and moral issues. Plus Huehuecoyotl should be a lesson for anyone trying to use Cloning Vats.-Why didn't China and Foehn secretly made copies of the Cloning Vat design? Why didn't Yunru secretly clone Boris and Tanya? (Yunru should secretly give her data on Cloning Vats to the Allies during Act 1)
Allied and Soviet nations hate each others guts completely, barring ideological differences. Let's not forget how Soviet MIDAS'd Allied twice now.-Why didn't the Allies Psychic Beacon in Sicily protect the newly freed Soviets? Why didn't the newly freed Soviets join the Allies even if its just for that mission only? (Allies start off and can build more Terror Drones in future missions. Very useful since they have much less troops than Epsilon or the Soviets)
Mainly because Yunru probably sees them as she sees the China leaders : Greedy and power hungry. It's very apparent that the Soviets want the technology for themselves and themselves only. Politics make things quite complicated here, and Russia really wants to keep their position in power on the top. Because really that's their whole goal in Act 2 : Kill Yuri, and still be on top of the world.-Yunru should have secretly contacted the SC and his two Enforcers (Reznov/Krukov) right before Heartwork. She uses her code to reprogram the Cyborgs, half leave the map to join her while the other half stay and join Russia. She also gives the two data on Cloning Vats and the Proto-Knightframes (Some of the Proto-Knightframes in the mission aren't hostile as they are loyal to Yunru. They give Reznor/Krukov intel then leave)
(Yunru threatens to launch a MIDAS which causes the Soviets to back off. She uses it anyways but at Epsilon-occupied Moscow, Morales lives to fight for later Soviet missions. Foehn and Soviets are much more stronger)

I'd replace the 'don't know' with 'dislike'/'hate' because that came off as elitist. No offense though.
It really takes awhile to study how things work. Unlike most RTS, the campaign doesn't serve much as introduction to the game but rather act more as story-based challenges and lore-dump. You'll have less headache learning via Skirmish botmatch.

"Furthermore, the tasks of Yuri's forces in America were revealed when he begun the Psychic Beacon project, and its successful construction in New York City. "
It's probably referring to a version of vanilla Big Apple. If you notice, there were American soldiers getting mind controlled in Bad Apple.
This might be what the briefing was talking about in Shipwrecked. It was revealed, by the first American taskforce in that area. What we control in Bad Apple is probably the second taskforce after contact with the first taskforce was lost.
Furthermore, the highlight of American's success in Shipwrecked briefing was the recapturing of the Naval Yards in Florida, which is Heaven and Hell. There's also this snippet in the bottom
The Americans, for the moment, are still unaware of what mind control is, and will not understand why their forces are attacking them.
Which kinda implies that no, the beacon has not been captured and studied as of yet.

I guess it has something to do with the new ability to change the music lists on the go. Maybe they rewrite thememo every time the game is launched

Ok guys.
Weird bug here.
Say I started a skirmish game and wanna open "Game controls". I press escape, but I can't see the button for "Game Controls". However when I click Load, I get "Game Controls" and from there I see "Sound" that opens "Keyboard"
I've tried several restarts. Total reinstall of MO and YR. All of renderers and also "Back Buffer". Windowed with borderless and fullscreen.
Also my minimap tend to turn black sometimes.
I can still play, but this is souring my quality of game.
Thanks for the help.

Then y M.A.D.M.A.N is immune Mind Control??
Same reason why heroes and some select sentient units are immune.

Is there any problem of playing sp map in skimish??
They are fundamentally different. VERY fundamentally different. There's a reason why co-op mission don't really work as well as single player missions. With Single Player, the houses become things you control, while in Skirmish, the players control this group called 'Player A', 'Player B' etc. and enemies don't have any starting location.
There are actually too much differences in SP and MP mode that just makes things straight up incompatible
Oh yeah, do NOT delete the default houses.

They have different goals in mind. Soviet was just doing it to restore their place as the superpower. Allied forces who actually knew the gist of Yuri's big plan was went to strike Antartica in a 'Do or Die' gambit, mostly because they no longer had anything left to lose.
Besides, the Soviets can't even get along with each others because 'muh superiority', it's very unlikely that they'd consider getting help from the Allied.

Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator can do those for you. Illustrator is actually easier because they're pretty much tooled for vector-based logos and icons.

American rebels
Last I heard about them, they've evacuated along with the rest of the Allied remnants in Hypothermia and are now battling the Epsilon in Antartica
Speaking of cloning, it's probably less about them hating it for ethic reason and more on the fact that the cloning technology is specifically tailored for Epsilon needs. You know, with all the talk about how the clones are often jarringly soulless-like in the MO's description, I think anybody with the least bit of insecurity would forego such technology rather than risking shooting themselves on the foot for meddling with things beyond their understanding
Yunru and Rashidi are more of mechanical genius rather than genetics genius after all

AIs can't be upgraded very far as far as I'm aware of. Their AI is basically constructed through sets of scripts which only goes as far as 'Attack this type', 'Wait for Tech Tree X' etc., Giving them limited money would end with them selling their own buildings just to keep their army pumping up.
Also, massing up armies are generally TERRIBLE idea to apply to AI. They will generally clump up in front of the base, trying to occupy one singular cell while massing their assembled army and keeps failing and thus lagging the game and never have them attacking at all. I had this happening in a lot of my triggers in custom maps that involves AI creating their own army, so.... yeah
