interesting indeed. flyers don't get stuck? not that i care since I hate how the devs implemented those back then and still do. however the map pack is a nifty addition. makes me almost want to play again... almost

its been quite some time but now.... behold we have a big incoming fix package. For this, huge thanks to Kekoulis for going through a lot of trouble to deliver and to Cosmocat as he helped on the Ork fixes.

Tell you what.I will try to remove the attacking AI aspect of the allied AI players and see it it works.
That would be good to have since I know the old survivial and I can not remember an issue there, where the allied AI has forced a "punishment" wave/spawn or "deterrent" as you call it.

The problem is since IG commander default UI only have up to 4 unit as leader,the other leader that i have add during modding doens't apear the icon and therefore can not be produced so anyone know how to add more icon ?
That is the game limitation. For that you need free UI. Gambit is one who knows how that works, guess he might answer you question to that if he has some free cycles. What is the reason to want 9 commanders (from all vanilla races) as command squad . Well whatever floats your boat I guess.

I might throw in the camera setting of the Inquisition trailer 1 and 2 if I find those since Claymore was kind enough to give them to me a couple of years ago. But those can not be used for play its good for replay and if one fancies to make a movie of course they have interesting view angels as well. We all know from the trailers. Where did I put them....

Looks like we do not have a thread for custom camera settings. The vanilla setting leaves you behind with a mixed feelings, certainly not good ones. The camera in skirmish ai is an improvement. I still wasn't pleased. If you are like me then this is for you.
Needless to say its great for taking screenshots since you can zoom in very close, now you can fully enjoy the nifty graphic some custom models have to offer, you will dig it. To be honest I can not imagine to play without those files again. Was quite some trial and error but it is now perfect I say now, only sad I didn't remember earlier to upload for you guys... sorry.
Got no screencaps for you seriously trust me on this you will like it
Simply extract both files from the 7z file (attached to this post) into your mod(s) of choice "data" folder. If you use this files no worries no ugly side effects you can use them in every mod simply extract in the main mod folder where you find this files like said usualy the data folder of the mod. Grab 'em if you feel like it and try it out. Make a backup of the following files if you want to revert, which you won't
You might as well put it in the DXP2\Data folder but I haven't tried that since I always play with mods, your call might work or not that way. It WILL work with mods.
A word of advise some may call it cheating since with this setting you see far better and can maintain a better overview of the battle making DoW less hectic and more easy to control. Make sure you give this files to your human opponent player too since it would be unfair if only you use it and take advantage this way. Play hard but fair I suggest

I remember I replaced all cover signs for all mods and vanilla with empty .dds/.tga files [thus you see nothing] guess I could upload that but to bad I'm busy modding/playing elsewhere so it has to wait.
