That sounds good to me. I personally hate it the way it is now as well as it is pretty costy and you almost always have to switch the units inside for your purposes.

The current Alpha has only empty version (which I dislike as we should have choices for different version). I suggest the choices to Creator and we will see about that in the next version.

Hmm well, choices should be fine too. But the problem with choices is that not everyone wants to use the same setup. If you would add an AT version by example, 2 flamethrowers 6 missile, there will always be people who are willing to kick out a flamethrower, load up an ECM and go with that. Also, a empty one is more useful as it can also be used half empty. This might make it a beloved rushing tool, so instead of making it rank 1 empty, make it rank 2 empty.

After games of trying, empty one might be more useful early but much less effective later as you need large force and microing each one would waste precious time if you're in crisis (like enemy attacking). Losing one would also cost you time, not only money. Which is inconvenient. So, choices would allow a lot of possibility.

If you read my previous post (#3703), I said that there is only empty version buildable right now. I wish for choices but I'm not sure whether Creator will reimplement the loaded version.

long time no see guys,anyway...
why not have both:an empty one and the one we have now?
if i remember correctly creator said he would do that with infantry gen one,so why not with flame gen one too?

I would like to request that you add the tactical grid coordinate feature..... :) so as requesting for supports or pointing locations would be better. or you simply upgrade the beacon control.

You won't be able to select both in 008 due to the new requirement for Cyborg Commando Drop.

Let me re-phrase that, I mean Stormtrooper drop.

I've heard the new requirement now is DataUpload+S-Drop since Tomahawk+Drop=pain. And nobody ever uses DataUpload, so why not make the two abilities conflict instead of adding new expenses? The points spent on Data could be spent on....Emergency Repair?

With this new requirement, Data-Upload wouldn't be useless anymore.
Also, considering the code, general point is not an upgrade. It works differently.

I don't understand what you tried to say. ECM is already deflecting missile.

I heard you removed the ECM upgrade on tanks, so why not bring it back with stronger missile deflection? Since disabling vehicles is out of the question.

And what good can Data-Upload do? Drones will be dead before the veterancy would be put to good use anyway...(that's just my opinion)

A user from moddb (1313e) suggested something. A launcher for Contra 008, like ShockWave. This launcher launches the mod, but you can still play vZH. In my opinion, the way it works is when you launch ShpckWave, the mod's files are pasted in the ZH directory, and when you exit, vZH's files are back, and ShockWave's are deleted. But it's faster than Contra.

Removed? ECM upgrade on which tank?
If you mean ECM troop crawler, then yes it is removed and replaced by actual ECM tank (which is pretty much the same anyway).
