I wonder if to use your Fafnir in Contra 004. It look much better than my one. What do you think?
Pendalose, to add more weapon slots make an addon like Overlord have. For example, whole mech will be normal unit but its arms, head or backpack will be addon. Of course this addon must be initially built. Also you can look at my laser Comanche code. It have 3 different lasers and it is not the limit. It can have maximum 6 different lasers.
Yet another way to add more weapon slots is to use Fire Base logic. Mech will start with some infantry loaded. Infantry will be invisible, invulnerable and will have different weapons. Of course there should not be unload button as well.

I like that. hadn't thaught of using an addon, but your right, I can think of several units that use it that way with a preloaded set. The fire base idea is especialy new to me. It makes sense, I had just never thaught of anything like that for it. Would have to add several firepoint bones to the unit, but thats no big deal.
I'd love to see it in Contra .04 But I would also really like to see the Mech you were working on. i'm not the least ashamed to use both

I'l check out your beam idea, it does look good. Creator pointed out a few ways to make it fire more beams, so it frees me from the 3 beam limit.
The biggset problem with the first particle beam was that it made sound problems, it would start looping and nver stop, but not consistantly, the weapon might have to fire a few times before it bugged out. But a single sound, like a cannon is no problem at all, just have to pick the right sound.
