Many decent china players agree with me that yunru inside centurion is not that OP. Sure, grants her protection but then you have no contrrol over what you want to EMP. Yunru is capable of chain EMPing two groups of tanks if properly used, thats why i more often use her outside centy.

I'm in agreeance with Yunru becoming immune to dog attacks, for; her exoskeleton befits the ability.

I only put Yunru inside the Centurion if there's an extreme threat to her, i.e: Morales or Hailstorms. Otherwise; it's occupied by 3 Eradicators. . . Oh the terror >: D

Besides; Her range grants her enough protection, especially in unison with your forces.

In other words: you have to spend an additional 3k credits to make Yunru useful. And even that won't help if you play on an islands map like Tsunami.

Like everyone else, I'd suggest making her immune to dog attacks, but I don't think that would be enough. Perhaps consider giving her a jumpjet? I mean a Tiberian Sun style jumpjet.

Ew. She's just gonna have to deal with being grounded like most heroes. She's still useful outside the Centurion, but not invulnerable, dogs are the least of her worries in MP.

Yunru just gotta deal with the dogs jumping and ripping off her teenage face. Have some Eradicators, Dragonflies, Flak Troopers, Pyros and Gyro Copters deal with all other threats to her and you will keep her alive and useful. No need for exosuits when you have a nasty unit ball by your side.

I personally believe they cover a redundant role and are too efficient anyway for their price.

Jesus Christ, yah, I was fighting a guy and he mainly spammed gyrocopters all match long backed by some Nuwa cannons and the Anti Air trucks. I had the navy secured, with typhoons, SeaWolves, and Akulas, so that was lucky. But still, he made so many god damn gyrocopters, I had to get a bunch of wolfhounds and flak troops/tracks to back up my tanks and V3s. I had to make a base beside his base cause he had a load of AA guns and gyrocopters. Not a bad match actually, and the Flak turrets are good against gyrocopters. But still, he made over +125 copters.

 

It is lame, that players can get away with just spamming one good unit, like the copters, the wolves, and the Thors.

The mo team is getting better, and the game is still so much less spammy in comparison to vanilla red alert thankfully.

But yeah it is pretty lame when players spam one particular unit.

How'd you guys made the firestorm fence mechanism and drop pods work? (new Ares build?)

 

Also, one question: Will the Future Tank keep up with the 4th faction's tech?

+125 GYROS!? Well there's your problem x'D Sounds like a great game.

Anyway, in my personal opinion, I think Rocketeers are more scary. Like; sure their less armoured, but their quicker and do more damaged due to their superior accuracy.

Gyros are just tanky spray-and-prays. A little more accuracy would benefit them immensely.

That's where/when you spam counter unit, but yeah, I see your point.

You mean the Firestorm and Drop Pods? They are already in the Side 4 Reveal video.

 

For Future Tank, I think it might be one Side 4 subfaction's super tank.

I'm in the middle of a tiberian sun play through and realised how much I missed the style of this universe and its features. Makes me wish the MO devs would do an RA2 mod with the tiberian series theme.

Speeder said on twitter that after he's done with the Act1 playthrough, there will be new videos, reveal of the name of Side 4 (I already see it being not Foehn, just because I found that :p), showcasing the new additions to existing factions, etc.
