So the Foehn lost the mirage tank technology from the battle of antarctica, which if i remember correcly has yet to appear in the campgain in both acts. But the original description says that it was developed by steinstech,is this the result of outdated information or foreshadowing of something else?

What do you mean has yet to appear?

It appeared in Zero signal, the Gardener, Puppet master and probably more.

Well, given the fact no Chrono technology seems to be around, I'm not exactly confident about Steintech's well-being in the future. Still, the wind manipulation and sonic technologies of Foehn seem to originate from the weather manipulation tech from the Allies. But yes, Mirage Tanks are already there.

Also, some of the Coop missions from the Act Two seem to be tied with stopping the development of new technologies. Was there any Foehn cameos during these missions?

The EU was developing the Weather Machine but the soviets rekt it, might be a reason why the Foenh able to made a version like that

We'll know more once we play the mission "Stormbringer".

Okay, I... guess that's not so probable, but would there be any chances of seeing some Jackal Racers as 'prototypes' during Stormbringer? They had production models, even inactive, during Think Differently, and that could be an oppotunity to set up more Foehn hints. (And now I remember the Jackal's Australian accent, I suddenly find the idea less absurd.)

I've noticed some "Point Hope, Alaska" references in these forums, what's up with that? :p

Speaking of Point Hope, the last Allied base of the vanilla campaign, don't you think it could make for a great Foehn Origin mission as we defend it while the Last Bastion is being established (I' sure I'm not the only one drawing links between the two bases)? Or a defense mission for the future Foehn campaign?

And always on the subect of future missions... Who want to bet one of the future Epsilon missions could have an expanded verson of this briefing: "Welcome to San Fransisco, Proselyte. I've chosen you to oversee and protect one of my most important projects: a weapon able to crush any opposition to Epsilon, the Psychic Dominator."

Which one? I don't remember any coop involving Alcatraz and a Psychic Dominator.

If Fin is solely tailored to be anti-infantry and Rhan isn't, then why does Fin lose against Rhan in a duel?

Edit: The Terror Drone is Fins bane.

Edited by BlackAbsence, 13 February 2017 - 08:04 PM.

Infinitive absence.

And does Alize even focus Terror Drones? If not, then we have pretty easy counter to Siblings duo.

This is what I see when anyone misspell Fury Drone as Furry Drone

I made a youtube playlist of songs that may have inspired mission names (at least 50% is correct and seen by Speeder himself)

Alize has long CD and kills 9 drones max if those are in 3x3 formation (never happens). It is possible to easily kill her with those because Fin does not attack Terror drones for some reason. This may be because of balance reason, but it doesn't look logical: if any other sniper can attack and damage them, why Fin can't? Protect the duo with Knighframes, they can provide good protection against drones.
