Need some help, when i try to transfer the file (to play with out disk) it says that there isnt enough room in lotrbm2 file (there is deffiantly enought room on my labtop)

Hey guys, I must have tried 50 different keys when installing the game, but none of them worked. Can someone tell me, is this just bad luck, does the key generator not work anymore or am I doing something wrong?

says check your connection and firewall or proxy settings... both on chrome (and incognito) and edge...

using only win 10 windows defender mind you... anywhere else to get the updates? cause one of the games wont launch, without errors, only creates a dump file in the game folder, and the other throws an error in my face... but i guess thats cause i cant reach all the files described here -_-

OK .... lotrbfme2 --->>   1.6?

 

i switched the lotrbfme2 verson to 1.6 and 1.0 and the error msg is still there

 

...

 

 

now i want to install all two games again...

 

my 1st try ist to install rotWK after i patched btme2 to 1.6 

 

if rotwk works i patch bfme2 to 1.9  and see next

so after i install BoME2 and patched till 1.6 and installed RotWK in english too,

 

RoTWK works in english a patch to my mother tongue German doesn´t work

 

after i reinstalled RotWK in german and full patched like post #1 and change the option.ini, the game doesnt start anymore

 

now i re-install in english, and patch bfme2 to 1.9 and see next

i´ve installed 1.9 with the switch prog if its right that the prog are both, the update and switcher so i guess

 

and both games work

note when advisable

 

first install bfme2 till 1.6 than install rotwk and  patched rotwk full after thar the game bfme2 can be patched to 1.9

 

gfme2 work in german, and rotwk only in english for now

 

 

i hope thats helpfull after i read some post with my problem

 To answer your question, install BFME 2 then you can patch it up all the way to 1.09 but when you want to install or run ROTWK then you need to use the patch switcher (comes with 1.09 BFME2) to switch back to 1.06, otherwize the ROTWK seems to crash with that error, Anyways, best to install it while BFME2 is switched to 1.06, after installing ROTWK patch it up all the way to 8.4.0, but when playing campaign, use the switcher for ROTWK to change to 2.02 8.3.0, otherwize you cant build fortresses for some reason. (also, for the covid, blame the idiots spreading it, not the virus. its not an intelligent virus, it wont change its course and it wont understand when you try to insult it )

ASIDE FROM THIS, can someone explain to me why i cant build any more than 2 fortresses in  BFME2 campaign, whenever i try to build another after the second it just cancels the order and unselects the worker. Really infuriating in several situations...

I followed all the steps together with a friend but we ended up using the same key for BFME2, so I had to reinstall because we couldnt play together. Now whenever I launch BFME2, my games freezes? Anyone know a way to fix this?

If this is ROTWK, you need to first set BFME2 patch to 1.06 via patch switcher.

I have bfme 1 and 2 installed.  bfme 1 works and I can go online.  bfme 2 works, but freezes if I try and click online for about 2 minutes and then says it cannot connect to the servers which appear to me to be the original servers.  Behind that window the t3a login shows up, but once I press ok to the window it goes back to the last screen.  So I can't go online. I have tried every solution that I have found on the forums and videos and just about everywhere.  No solutions work so far.  Any ideas are welcome.

Oh, wow.  I figured it out or got it working finally.  I found a game.dat file somewhere online that was part of a fix and I changed that out.  It worked and now the game works perfectly.  I'm so happy.

This is the guide i have followed a few times now and has worked fine for me, think it differs slightly from the one posted here, hope it helps people. I have installed the game and had the multiplayer error, this re install fixed it, so anyone still having issues i suggust a full install and do the below. Most of the files are available on t3a files section 

 

 

Download power iso and mount 2 drives

Mount your BFME2 and BFMEWTWK isos into cds

Open keygen to get keys for each install (ignore virus warnings) 

install BFME2 

Install patch 1.06

install BFME2ROTWK(use keygen for key)

Install patch 2.01

Install patch 2.02 v8

Install patch 2.02 v8 updates 8.04

install t3a online

Right click t3a launched and combatability mode - tick run as admin and change to run as windows xp service pack 3

Open t3a launcher

press hook and the top and tick ROTWK

Play the game and enjoy

So I need to be using patch 1.06 for BFME2 and not patch 1.09, right?  Then install ROTWK all the way up.  Then stay on BFME2 1.06?  maybe that is why I can't play with anyone online with BFME2 because I'm on version 1.9 and everyone else is on 1.06.  It usually says I can't join because I have ha different game version for BFME2.  I'll try the order you described and see if I can get it all working.   Thanks,

hi, (sorry for my english XD) 

i have a problem, BFME2 it works perfectly, but when I install ROTWK the game tells me does not find the disc, i search for the folder in appdata (like I did with the other game) but the folder of ROTWK it was not created. (obviously the version of BFME2 is 1.06)

some idea?

Hi guys trying to play BFME 2 and having tons of errors unfortunately. First, when starting the game from the launcher the BFME logo pops up loads, then just disappears. Figured this was a patch needed thing since all I had downloaded thus far is the base game. So downloaded the patch, however I keep getting error messages saying I have the incorrect directory. First I noticed I have two EA folders so I did the one that had the abse game from the whole list of isntructions at the beginning of this form. However it is still saying I have the incorrect directory path, so I tried the only remaining option. STILL INCORRECT. Da hecks man. Can someone help me please?
