That sam site is wierdo i dont have it and other people write on youtube the same.

so I was playing bleed red on mental (first soviet mission) and I could not get into that base of theirs, the spam of tanks is real. they seem to respawn as soon as they die giving me no room for breather and ore will run out after a while.
also no matter how well I try to keep Boris alive, he dies somehow....I just litterally go to build a barracks and press 1 (my hotkey for him) to see him gone with a green cloud left. does Yuri assassinate him ? is that why we never see him again ? (sorry if this was answered before)

He's supposed to die on mission one, for story reasons (an excuse to replace him with Morales).

Excuse? Morales > Boris in terms of useability. Student managed to overcome his master.

I didn't mean to imply that the inferior Boris was at all preferable to the awesomely voiced Morales, it's that the mod needs an excuse to get rid of him as the hero of Soviet Russia. Probably should have said to replace him with Volkov (and Chitzkoi), the true heroes of Soviet Russia (who are also better than Boris). Honestly, Boris in the original game seemed there as an excuse to give the Soviets their own hero unit (so why not revive Volkov if we still have a Tanya running about?).

The mod got a good excuse that already sets up that even that early in the game, something is not "right".

I'm kinda wondering why Yuri bumped Boris off so early, yet didn't go for Morales until Act 2. Did he just find Boris easier to get to? And come to think of it, what's he doing about Volkov? (I'd add Yunru to the list, but there's probably a whole load of stuff in her head that Yuri would like to extract. And Chitzkoi's just a dog, probably not much use without his master.)
At least we get a chance to use Boris in 3.3. In 3.0 he just had inexplicably draining health from the moment his jackboots touched NY soil. Ten seconds or so later, gone.

Well, in Archetype, Adepts were seemingly stirring shit up in the US base, and even hunting Boris and Morales (and with that, Volkov too).

so I had to cheese bleed red on mental sadly, using boris before activating the (you have destroyed both bridges) trigger, killed all the garrisonble buildings and then I captured the allied barracks to get GGIs and counter the tank spam because hoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooolllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy shit is there alot of them.
again, I usually don't like cheesing stuff, but I also did not want to skip a mission, so I had to do it :(

Yuri was advisor to Kremlin, not Latin Confederation.

In soviet Co-Op intoxicated Reznov and Krukov use the sniper and desolator lines instead of their custom voice overs.

I'm a new scrub, so tell me, why were the 2.0 missions removed? I understand the mod itself being bugged or something, but the missions looked fun, they could've been kept as a side thing, any reason for it?
