after all my testing for 365+ (minutes ). I think the only way that can solve this problem is adding secret units to replace MBT of the stolen base that are using and having a problem right now. (these secret units only obtained by capture other players base)
for example:
for now, If you stole any Allied base you will get only Cavalier even you captured US base. but with this changes, that Cavalier will be replaced by Destroyer (welcome back xD)
Stryker will be replaced by oldIFV
Halftrack will be replaced by Flak track
Harrier?
Rhino?
Lasher?
Bison?
True t1 tanks will be obtained when you have the Subfactions' unique building in your base.(A:t2,S:t3,E:plug,F:exp)

speaking of virus, i dont realy like the efficiency of the virus, but i dont want it to be as obscure and hard to obtain, as being a stolen unit, in 3.0.

once you take Enemy MCV with "engineers". It will permanently give you all tech of that enemy. just like how it worked on MO3.0 spy
at least,"Stole the USA base and got Cavalier,Harrier"logic has been fixed.

They've already confirmed that Chitzkoi IS the Russian exclusive infanty. It's trained at barracks, classified as infantry, and no other soviet barracks can train him.
Volkov and Chitzkoi are not like Fin and Alize who had to both be trained to get the full power. You can basically train one and neglecting the other while still getting an impressive result.
I'd say that Chitzkoi counts

how come the MCVs no longer have the crane animations when a building is placed?
is it because of the foehn MCV?

Can we talk about the Pteranodon... Something about this unit needs to be changed. The fact that this unit can get to a critical mass that's almost impossible to beat and pretty much shred anything on the ground including anti air vehicles, infantry (to a decent effect) AND structures, is a bit absurd. Although what really makes this unit horrifying is it's mobility! A group of them can poke at your base where you army isn't guarding, if you DO have a force that can take the Pteranodons down, ie. Gehenna Platforms or mass anti air infantry, by the time you get to their position, the Pteranodons fly away.
Suggested changes to Pteranodon:
-They should do pretty much no damage to infantry, even in great mass.
-Can't target structures (If a Coronia want's to do base harassment, they should work a bit harder and be forced to bring slow, fragile Quetzals!)
-A bit less Hp
This way, the unit maintains what makes it a fun unit to use. Alternatively, I wouldn't be appose to making it much slower and much more fragile, while keeping it's damage output toward vehicles, infantry and structures as is.
Also I think the Foehn Signal Inhibitor should be removed. It's a defense building that encourages campy play, plain and simple. Part of Super Weapons' appeal is making it so you can break defensive players lines. I MIGHT understand the idea of foehn not having a super weapon in exchange for being able to build inhibitors, but even then, it would just encourage Foehn to camp.
