Game gets a fatal when a zorbfloater lifts up a Deployed colossus
 

This bug is easily replicated, and has caused quite a few crashes in multiplayer matches in coronia vs HQ matchups

 

 

EDIT: This crash only occurs in SNOW and DESERT theaters. In TEMPERATE and URBAN theaters the deployed colossus is simply just destroyed when it is dropped by the zorbfloater

Speculated oversight on Flak Trooper: its anti-ground warhead has PercentAtMax but no CellSpread.


In-game speed vs real life speed?   
Malver in Obisidian Sands?   
Strength-Agility-Intellect subfactions?

I have a problem in 21th allied mission "relentless". At the beginning the mission gets stuck and I'am not getting battle control. What could went wrong?

(2) Below Zero

 

Some AI(WOC) Taskforce try to target "destroyable rock" instead enemy unit, still didn't test on other map that have destroyable rock.

 

Is this intentional?

Minor bugs in Awake and Alive:

- If loading the mission through a saved game, the darker lighting is removed (unsure if this bug has been mentioned here already).

- Synthesis Vault lacks the "Enemy Structure" tooltip.

It seems something similar was already reported back to 2017, but I would like to write about it anyway.
Version 3.3.5.
I played skirmish with tech level set to 7. It seems that AI Epsilon (PsiCorps at least) can bulids Chimera Core, Psychic Tower and Antares Battery anyway even with this tech level but it does not allowed to me (as Scorpion Cell).

I am currently having this issue with Epsilon Mission 10: Focus Shift. I get the TOPOL-Ms transports parking up, then just watching the Russian patrols running around  :whathuh:

A minor bug I found while playing "Paramsonia".

 

I was able to build Shadow Tanks even though I didn't have an Epsilon War Factory (only the Allied one). All I had was a captured Pandora Hub, Barracks and Syntethizer Vault. None of the other Epsilon vehicles could be built.

 

On the other hand, I couldn't train Epsilon Elites even with the pre-requisite buildings.

Found an issue in the map (4) Twilight Heat, where player bases may fail to spawn in starting position 1 (lower left).

 

Edit: ...I correct myself. For some reason the MCV/Conyard is spawning at the opposite side - lower right corner, by one of the oil refineries. :?:

Two bugs:

1. In infantry only mode, on the map Arctic circle there are tech airports. If you capture them you can build jets. (But I guess it is applied to all of the maps that has tech airfield)

2. Eradicators deal area damage driectly ABOVE them.

Can't reproduce any of the following: the positions bug on (4) Twilight Heat, the Eradicator affecting units aboveitself, or the Infantry Only aircraft bug. Aircraft are all locked with a TechLevel=11 setting in Infantry Only mode, and I unlocked none when I captured the Tech Airfield on (8) Arctic Circle. Are you sure you're playing on version 3.3.5 without any external modifications? I need more details on exact subfactions and units used.

 

The advanced Epsilon defenses built by the AI are clones of the originals,with TechLevel=-1, so TechLevel settings doesn't affect them. Currently there's no workaround for this, it's a fix for AI not building defenses that require an upgrade rather than a proper building.

 

Shadow Tanks can be built if you capture a Pandora Hub with Psychplug even if you don't have the Epsilon War Factory, it's an alternate prerequisite kept as a workaround for another issue.

Epsilon Elites are blocked for the others, you must be explicitly PsiCorps to be able to train them, otherwise you get the Adepts.

Ok guys. 

 

Weird bug here.

 

Say I started a skirmish game and wanna open "Game controls". I press escape, but I can't see the button for "Game Controls". However when I click Load, I get "Game Controls" and from there I see "Sound" that opens "Keyboard"

 

I've tried several restarts. Total reinstall of MO and YR. All of renderers and also "Back Buffer". Windowed with borderless and fullscreen.

 

Also my minimap tend to turn black sometimes.

 

I can still play, but this is souring my quality of game.

I couldn't wait for eradicators to come, so I killed a reactor. Both the explosion and the leftover radiation damaged my rocketeers (I captured 2 tech hospitals so they didn't die)

I did not modify the infantry only .ini file, and only modified the AI taskforces and the MTBs to spawn at the start of a skirmish. Will try without those modifications if I'll have time :wink_new:

Sorry for the photo quality, I couldn't manage to take screenshots it doesn't matter if I'm using fullscreen or windowed modes.

Ok guys.

On Windowed or borderless, you can try alttabbing or selecting something else and then go back to the game. I dunno if that works on fullscreen though

Okay, found another map bug - in (6)FreezeOut, some cliff tiles seem to be fecked up. Here's a screenshot.

Neither restarting or alttabbing helped. I'm using DDrawCompat, if that helps.

Good catch. Some of those leftover overlays might still appear on some of the older maps, we removed them from (4) Gem Pit and (6) FreezeOut already.

There are walls in the first Soviet mission (and probably in others) that are neutral, instead of Soviet or Allied. It looks odd, to see the grey in the middle of red or blue.

That's how the engine gives remap to walls and there's not much we can do about it.
