AI's second War Factory have no problem with this bug.

Not sure if this is a bug or intentional, but why is the Nuwa's projectile invisible? All other cannons have visible projectiles. Space Commando's nuclear cannon also has an invisible projectile, by the way.

What are you talking about? It's not unusual, all tank cannon projectiles are invisbile in Mental Omega.

Damn what I meant to say, was all other LARGE cannons. I rephrased the sentence so much before I posted it that the critical word ended up missing... I mean like the Grand Cannon, the Siege Crawler, Battleship. It's hard to make out the details on the voxel of the Nuwa, but if the thing on the back is actually the cannon's breach, then it must be huge, around 400mm calibre? I looked at the 3d render, it seems that way. I found it rather odd that such a massive projectile is not visible, so I figured I might as well ask.

That looks like you have an old version of artmo.ini interfering with the update, probably in your MO directory.
Hmm... I will re-download the mod, and re-install it, and patch then.
And what about the other 2 problems? Any suggestions, experiences? (I forgot to mention, the game is 'clean', no modifications and fan creations).

In editor, Tech Iradiator has no model, its just a coloured grid if you place it in the editor.

Kill the Messenger:
1. Unreachable floating crate at the south map border, in front of some cliffs.
2. The Ironwing is immune, but can still be flipped over with... say 40 Nuwas.
3. Terror drones on this map seems too paranoid.
4. The well-known dumpster overlap

In "Yuri Is Not Easy" map, the right Tech Missile Bunker are not "protected" by Yuri Head Statue.
In "Winterspring Redux" upper left ore drill around location player 3 is missing

Apparently WavePY хорошо was unlucky.
Would it be better to pre-locate the Epsilon base and the beacon, and then reveal the bottom part of the map instead of having Epsilons entering the battle field 1 minute into the mission so that this won't happen? It's also kinda weird that this is the only instance in the campaign where a newly placed beacon is immediately in full effect.

Good question. It uses the RequiredHouses=UnitedStates ini key, but why? If it only required the Construction Yard and AFC to be built it'd make sense, but it also requires the Mercury Network Uplink.
