There is a new update to the Sexy Necron mod coming up soon. Fixed the "Invisible Vizer" bug. Will fix his UI info text next.
Here are the plans for the Necron Dynasties Mod so far: I hope to make it like Inqusition Daemon hunt, where you choose Necrons instead of GK or IDH of course.
Green: All around type.
- New Superweapon.
- Fix Necron Tunnels and tower to balance them.
- Add the wargear to them.
- Nothing else really. All the stuff from SN mod makes them pretty balanced and good now. They have a complete set of leaders.
Red:
Focus on new Vehicles and super weapons. Some strong combat units, but a lack of stealth, and few unit leaders, but more vehicle leaders. Will not have access to the gods for now.
- Powerful Vehicles
- Superweapons
- Slow and strong units
- 2 unit leaders
- 2 Vehicles hero units.
Blue: Focus on long range units, and weak in close combat( By Necron Standard). Will be good with resurrection magic, snipers and flyers.
- New sniper unit
- Longer reach upgrades for rifles
- Flyers
- Global tower to resurrect units all over the map. Needs long time to reload after use.
- Technology to make units a little bit faster.
Purple: The "Dark" Necron. Will be a stealth and tunnel specialist. Can spawn more surprise units flayers, scarabs and make a "tunnel" spawn everywhere for surprise attacks. Some leaders have the shadow veil ability after research is complete.
- Tunnels
- stealth units
- traps
- Can summon both gods with two diffrent leaders for each type.
Orange: Nothing for now.

Update to the Sexy_Necron Mod!
In this update:
- Necron Vizer Shadow Veil bug fixed.
- Necron Vizer UI fixed.
- All units now in the Army painter, with updated skins.
- New colours in the unit paint tool
Obs! forgot to update the module to say V.1.2. Will be added in next version.

Well. I just had my first game breaker. When surrounded by enemy imp, my Macabee spawned dust scarabs in the middle of the battlefield. The game crashed to desktop. This is the first time this have happen. I have played the UA THB with 8 players, and massive armies without the game breaking. But suicide dust scarabs was to much to handle. I think it was the combination of them spawning in the middle of an explosion. So they died in the middle of a spawn. So beware when playing.

Yeah some bugs occur at strange places and its good to have some all AI simulated games for instance to check. Good you have a good clue about the issue we might fix that soonish.

2 New mods! Naughty and Sexy WithHunters!
We have now 2 flavours of the Witch Hunters. Both of them contains new HD FX, and new HD skins. This is just a simple reskin at first flance, but the new FX is so amazing, you will never want to play them again without it.
The Sexy_WitchHunter Mod:
Most of the skins are from LeonardGOOG. All credit to him. This contains his latest HD skins. I made this even though brother Mdcertainty has made a superior skinpack because LeonardGOOG has said he will create a new HD with more Anime like Witchhunters soon. And my curious nature want to check that out.
The Naughty_WitchHunter Mod:
Brother Mdcertainty has blessed us with his amazing skins, and with the new FX this really make them shine. All credit to Mdcertainty. Hands down a masterpiece of textures from him, and I am so happy he shares his skills with us.
Both mods require the latest WitchHunters mod to work properly, and a high end pc. You can combine them with Sexy_Sisters. Enjoy! (I am not late with this, as you now Norway has a little different time zone from some of you. )

In general I think this is ovedone anyway [while it has purpose playing showing game effects/abilities]. I'll go the oposite way mostly by reduce it where I can, I love it when the texture can shine and in my opinion FX simply is something like HDR and bloom if its done to heavy its not my thing to enjoy, each his own though.

I agree with you on most of your points, but in this case I feel like the FX I use is not overdone, but an upgrade to the core game. It just makes the fire, lasers, explosions, ect look more natural, and help making Dow seem less outdated. All the effects here is not a new FX explosion, but a replacement for all the games original effects with higher details and quality. If this was just a ton of new effects I would agree with you, but here it is just good replacements in my humble opinion. I don't mind that you think otherwise. This is just my silly personal opinion, and I have no problem with people enjoying things that I don't, and vice versa. The world would be boring if we all had the same taste.

I found a bug/weird visual glitch. A purple square flashes say something about "BAD FX" when ever the SOB Living Saint spawns (and in painter too). After reinstalling the game and all of the mods, I traced the glitch to your SexySisters mod. Two files named st_celestine in the SexySisters\Data\art\ebps\races\sisters\troops folder seam to be the cause. I just deleted them which seams to work.

Yes that is the LS I was talking about earlier its the LeonardG model/version he offers at moddb. Some FX obviously not linked correctly, thus fuggles asked to post the logs so it can be fixed

I already made a proto mod for the Green Necrons. You can download and test it here on the first post.
Nothing new from last time, but figured I post it here too for an update to those who wonder. I am in the middle of exsperimenting with new FX, and all that, so progress is slow but steady.

- Lychguards
- Shard of the Burning C'than
- Uber Nightbringer
Teal: Skin and FX recolour for the vanilla Necron. To make them stand out once this mod is complete. This is the last thing I will do once Dynasty is complete.
Gold:
Basically a Addon pack with Necron "Merc" to aid vanilla, to make sure vanilla is not underpowered once this mod is complete. A addon that is completely voluntarily.
Special Units:
Burning Pariahs: Basically just plasma Flame thrower. Will use Reskinned rifle Pariahs from the TA. They had some fire weapons in cannon, but no official model as far as I know.
Necron Marine: I read a book once where Necron flayers had hollowed out Space Marine Armours, and made the plasma cannon green glowing ,(was actually necron rifles disguised). The story was basically horror. Some poor marines was tricked into a trap. The confusion when they finally find their brothers in the dark tunnels with glowing green plasma guns, and the realisation that this is Necrons was pretty badass. I have no idea if this was cannon. Would be a cool skin project.

Do you guys know if there is any special models out there? Do you have any good skins? I Know about Mike's Necron's and the TA thb mod.
